Great Location but no free wifii

Stayed here when we're on transit. The location is great, rigt accross a small mall where you can get esential things that you forgot to bring (tooth paste, adaptor) and it's only 2 blocks from a bigger mall and from Chijmes a restaurant complex. The rooms is a bit small for 2 people but Ok if you're only on transit.

All day hop on hop off bus and river boat tours.

The Peninsula Excelsior is an older Hotel in Singapore but has been well maintained & is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Raffles City & the MRT. The Hotel is a good 4 Star option for Singapore with competitive rates.

fantastic location, minutes from train, can walk to china town and little india and marina bay, but nice to take train or water taxi back after a wine or two.
Staff were helpful and informative but level of cleanliness and room service wasn't really the best
good pool, but small, well equiped and large gym
the roof terrace had a fantastic view of the laser light show
good value at 50% off, not at full price

Great service with an excellent view of Singapore

This hotel is very clean and has friendly and helpful staff. It is walking distance to China Town, major shopping centres and to the Casino. I asked for a room with a view and we were in room 1500 and the view was spectacular. The only thing I didn't like was there was no wifi in the room and it was quite expensive. We used the nearby Starbucks wifi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Would definately recommend a day at Singapore Zoo. We caught a taxi from right in front of the hotel.

The best features of the hotel is the location, easy accessible to public transportation e.g. public bus,taxi & mrt. Friendly & helpful staffs.Clean room with basic amenities. We were given free upgrade to a room with a king bed. Overall the stay at the hotel has been very pleasant & would return next time in the future
