Disappointed with the stay, can't wait to check out. Hotel was renovated few years ago but wasn't impress. Staff don't know what they are doing. Old gym equipment. Bed not comforty and smell on pillow!!

I stay at this hotel often as it is my company's preferred hotel.
My latest stay was for attending a course in Singapore Poly.
As usual my check in was done very fast and efficiently. The staff were courteous and as usual my folder was already in the expected arrivals box. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to hawker centre, expensive restaurants of Raffles City, Funan IT mall and City Hall MRT station

The hotel is very nice near city hall mrt, the room is small and a little bit dirty. But be carefull with the bathtub is very slippery. I was nearly fell down while taking shower.
Shopping Tip:
Around back of the hotel there is Funan Center, selling computer and electronics stuff. Nice place to shop.
