the hotel is nice, the check in was a little bit long, normal room, spacious, and nice view. bathroom not to fancy, but it looks clean, good shower. the breakfast has not to many options, could be improved. the best of this hotel is location. very close a mrt station and funan, which is a shopping to buy eletronics.

Hotel was a business hotel and room was extremely small. It is located very near to shopping malls and also within walking distance to MRT. Parking rate being charged at hotel parking is on a high side.

I loved how the staff are so helpful in many ways, the location is great, there is a small mall behind the hotel and within walking distance to clark quays.

Hotel was ok. Rooms were a bit dated and needed to be chosen carefully due to noise level on one side. Staff are friendly. Reasonable value for money...

the hotel is actually connected to it mall called funan. there are a lot of indian and burmese around the area of hotel. the room is clean but not worth the rate. the parking is not free as well, wifi at lobby is malfunction, miniral water is chargeable... nothing is free in this hotel...

Good location with terrible housekeeping service

There was some problem with the bathtub, we requested a hotel staff to come and deal with it. However, when we came back to our room after a long day, we realised the hotel staff left some dirty shoe prints on the floor of the bathroom! because of that, I rang housekeeping for a new bath towel so that I could clean it up. Guess what!!I ended up waiting over 40 minutes with calling housekeeping twice plus concierge twice, all together 4 times with nothing at all, and then I requested to speak to its duty manager and finally got my towel. I was mad over its lousy service and for sure I will NEVER stay at Peninsula Excelsior Hotel ever again!!! Terrible!!!
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to try yum chicken rice, please go to Wei-nan-ji (威南記) that you will not regret it. Highly recommend!

Location is great and room is cheap and reasonable

Love this hotel and price is reasonable, this is my 5th time staying at this hotel overall experiences have been encouraging especially the hotel room is clean and staffs are nice. Great location as well.

This is a old hotel that has a big room. location is good everything is with in reach. but do note that the hotel is not that great unfriendly & rude. went early for check in but the room was not ready so have to wait @ the lobby. when u are tired u want to sleep the room is not ready u will just fall asleep while waiting for the room but the staff was so rude coming over to say that sleeping is not allow in the lobby. yes we understand that but u can come to use in a friendly way and not tell me rudely. Price of this hotel is not cheap so i dont think i will be going back to this hotel ever.
