4 star room with poor customer service
Comfortable room, high floor, nice view
We got a comfortable room with a good marina bay view as requested. However, a few things spoilt our stay. Concierge/ reception staff didnt give a smile upon checking in. Housekeeping auntie shouted at her housekeeping staff just outside our room door which woke us up. Jonelyn from reception took very long to process our check out & didn't give a smile. We requested for late check out as it was my birthday but the manager Li Feng was very heaitant to give us late check out, this was an issue to me as other 4 star hotels I have gone to, usually are able to do so without much hassle. When we went to the lounge for the evening cocktail, staff took long to go over to our table to take our orders for drinks. Hotel was of 4 star quality but unfortunately, their customer service quality is much lower.

New Year's Eve stay
location, sky lounge, staff proficiency
The overall stay experience is fine. It is as usual chaotic on New Year's Eves. Club room guests would be denied the pleasure of the sky lounge access on New Year's Eve evening, because there would always be some paid dinner event there. Good for the hotel because of extra income. Bad for the Club room guests experience. Cocktail at lobby lounge as a substitute is never good enough.

Total of 4 rooms, none of us got the bed that we wanted. C/in to dirty room. Got upgrade for it but the room was dusty, bathtub w/ yellow stain, 3 lights bulb were out. Bad housekeeping. I found an survey form filled by previous guess still on the desk undelivered to the GM. I wrote a letter to him but not sure if he got it or even care about it. Overall NOT Recommended. The best was the bellman luggage were fast even though i changed my room.
