Nice Hotel a stone's throw from Chinatown!
Very close to Chinatown Station, well kept, friendly service.
7.7
I arrived at the hotel around 7:30am and was pleasantly surprised that I was not only given an early checkin but a free upgrade! The people working at the reception were very helpful with any requests.
The room was small but comfortable.
The showerhead was right next to the toilet however and when I arrived there was still water on the floor which I found a little off putting.
The sink is not in the bathroom and there was no full size mirror which made getting dressed a little more complicated.
It is very close to the train station however which was convenient and right next to the main drag of chinatown so lots of places to eat and things to see.

Great location, but small rooms.
close to mrt, good location, clean, nice spa, helpful staff

Room was small with no window. Couldn't tell the difference between day and night. In general, the space was utilized well. Only stayed for two nights so lack of storage space was no big deal for us. The hot rain shower was a nice touch. Good wifi access in the room. TV only had a few channels. I tried out their spa services and got a body scrub with an hour long massage. It was on the expensive side, but my masseuse was so excellent, and I pretty much had the spa all to myself. Guests of the hotel get a small discount from their advertised prices. Staff was good...allowed a very late 1 am check-in (we gave them advanced notice, of course) and even stored our bags for us after we checked out so that we could do some shopping before our evening flight.

Hotel room is ridiculously small and there are no working table or chairs. Room rate is too high for that kind of room. Will not recommend for subsequent stay.

Good location but small room
Ideally placed near Chinatown, easy access to public transport, very clean.
8.3
What i liked about this hotel is that it is well located in Chinatown and it is very easy to get access to MRT and taxis. When you get out of the hotel, there's little to walk to find convenience stores for shopping, eating, etc...
The room is very clean, the bed was a bit high for my taste but it is ok. However, the room is small and you can find yourself cramped.
But aside from the space, everything is fine.
If you want a hotel just to keep your bags, good access to transport and just to sleep, I highly recommend it.

the room is small but acceptable to me. the wifi connection is quite good in the room. it s just a 1 min walk from the shopping street area for sourveirs such as food and accessories
the major problem is that it is quite noisy. especially we heard people yelling outside the street in the mid night and we could not sleep well.

Tiny rooms for average price
6
We paid little below average price and when we arrived the receptionist said she upgraded us to a better suite. This was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There is a bed which is also your sitting area, one tiny restroom, and a counter. Thats it. Next time we will spend the extra 50$ for a better hotel experience.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out the Maxwell food market. Its the best price and food for the chinatown area. Beware of opportunist that look to ripping tourist off.
