a queen bed room now equipped with hair dryer. the bed is great for sleeping. however the fridge is small and use heat sink hence not providing sufficient cold to store anything but beverage. the restroom is sol small that the toilet bowl is adjacent to the shower hence web everything after a bath. this time the room has window and the toilet wall has 3 side in solid wall. the safe above the fridge is warm because of the heat from the fridge. the receptionist is warm as always.
Shopping Tip:
OG department store is just on the other side of the street. Use MRT China town exit C or D to get to the mall. Go to customer service on the 4th floor to ge a tourist discount card which gives you 5-8% discount on regular price items. It is valid for 7 days. If you buy over 50 sgd you can get the tax refund 7% also from the same counter

Firstly, the rooms were extremely small and they looked nothing like those shown in the pictures. Secondly, the room had some kind of weird ticking sound throughout our stay and we could hear the commotion outside the room every time somebody walked pass. Thirdly, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned up prior to our check-in; there were hairs found in the shower area. Lastly, I was aware the check-out time was 12pm but of all the hotels I've been to, the latest check-out time has always been 1pm and there have been no problems with the other hotels even when I checked out at 1:30pm. However, the receptionist at the hotel insisted that I pay the extra SGD20+ even though I explained and he simply gave me a smile and charged me anyway. Even the budget hotels I have been to did not give me such problem. The money I paid for was not worth it at all. I would have rather topped up another SGD30 to get a much better hotel. Not recommended.

Easy to travel around and the hotel is clean and nice. But I hire a car so is not good hotel to stay because there is no easy parking slot and no car park

It's a nice and clean hotel, with all the necessities in the room, e.g clean towels, face towels, shampoo, soap, tissue box, safe and a refrigerator. These are amenities you'll get from a 4 star hotels, but never expected that a hotel like porcelain at the rate of less than $150 would provide such good amenities. The room might be a lil small, but it's definitely well designed to create good space. One of my most comfortable night. Slept happy, woke up happy.

booked superior room and we reached after check in time around 3pm and maybe there were not enough superior rooms we got a free upgrade to executive room. it was a disappointment.the room was very small and plain, walls painted all in white n somehow it looks very budget. only the bathroom has more modern design. though small but bed was quite comfortable and room was clean.overall it was quite a pleasant stay.
