Great location, lovely hotel
Great location in Chinatown, very close to the metro station, good staff

The room was rather small, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel, so it was ok. They cleaned the room every day, so it was spotless. Good wi-fi connection.

Very good hotel, excellent service
9.3
this is a very nice and stylish hotel. staff is very friendly and the location in china town is great. however the hotel does not serve any breakfast and the sauna is only accessable if you book a spa package for sgd.
the rooms are quite small and do not really provide you with a desk to work on.
nontheless i would highly recomment this hotel!

clean and tidy with pleasent staff
close to food and transport
8.3
the superior roomwas not worth the extra money compared to the standard double room as the standard has more room ....and stools to sit on and space to store baggage.
staff are very pleasent and helpful as always.
hotel very comfortable , clean and tidy.

Great location, next to Chinatown MRT but small
5.7
About 3 mins walk to Chinatown MRT, very convenient location. However, I found that the rooms are a bit too small for my liking. The bed is pretty much wall to wall, no space to hang any clothes let alone place your luggage.
OK for a person who will be out most of the day, but if you intend to spend some time in the hotel it can get claustrophobic.

Foyer dark, cramped and windowless
Very helpful and friendly staffs
7.3
We only stayed one night even though we had booked for longer. Nonetheless, even though the staffs were great and helpful, I would not wish to stay at the Porcelain again. The rooms really are pretty small and cramped and ours did not even have a window.

Great location, tiny rooms
6.7
efficient staff, very fast free wifi, clean rooms, small garden in the yard. the room was, however, very small and had little room for luggage/clothes. chinatown is my favourite place in singapore and this hotel is hence very conveniently located.

Stayed there over the new year. The people are nice, the location is good. The rooms may be small but very cosy and very nice. Overall a good experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Right smack in Chinatown, expect good food and good attractions nearby.
