Rooms are expensive and small. Even its executive rooms are abt the size of superior room of other hotels. We had a change of rooms due to many ants and insects! It was so small and there was not even a table to put our belongings! Tv reception so bad, and there was only limited channels like 8 programs. Second room that was given to us had even a worse reception for the tv. Bedsheet was with stain and air-con was not cold.

The hotel room is very small but it is very new and clean. It is also very near to from China Town which is just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Very near to MRT as well which is also in China Town.
Great hotel and recommended to everybody. Hotel staffs are very polite & friendly.

Unique Hotel with unique room

Stepping into the lobby, seem to give me an impression the nice environment and the staff are friendly. Although the room seem to be compact but the facilites seem to be complete. For asian, the bed seem to be fitted to us but not the westerners. What i am dissatisfy is that no one mending the counter lobby in the middle of night. How to get the lobby receiptionist if we wish to query or complain something. Also my neighbour room also quite noisy with door slamming on n off while i am sleeping. Feel quite fustrating.
Shopping Tip:
The location is close to chinatown area. There are a lot of shopping malls around. For those who love to eat BBQ pork, the most popular Lim Zhi Yuan is around the corner. Check with the hotel staff if you are interested but unsure where is it located.

a very bad, small, dark room for a socalled 4 star

was surprised w.room condition for a socalled 4star hotel(sic) room is such small, no wardrobe, no table/chair, no space to move,no place for bag, thanks god we have left our luggage at the airport. i'ld say it is not a human room but looks like a rat's hole. no window, the lighting are dim. toilet & shower is very-very small,so that water shower drop on the toilet. no complimentary drinks was served in room,have to buy ourselves. only after 3 times complaining they make-up the room and we've to wait for a long-long time.when heavy rainfall on fri/dec 23 they cannot/will not served us to call for taxi, every guest has to look for taxi by their own initiatives under rainfall.
in general:room is very bad, the whole services are very poor. personals impolite, uncooperative. i will feel guilty to recommend such hotel. i will never comeback to this hotel again even if they give it for free.

i came w.my sister, following my husband & son, who came one day earlier and got room 501. we stay at room 504. next day, sat dec 24,earlier in the morning,at 4 o'clock we've to leave for the airport to catch the morning flight to taipei. room condition is quite the same as my husband's room only a little bit better for the toilet, because the water's shower does not fall directly to the toilet. we will not recommend porcelain hotel to anybody, for not feeling guilty. we'll never come back to this hotel.
Travel tip:
mo recommendation for a bad hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the doors into the lobby are quite confusing as it cannot be peered through.
Staff performance is okay, and you're required to pay a deposit. Received a room upgrade by the hotel, but:
The rooms are awfully small..there's not much space beside the bed for your luggage. There's not even room for you to place a chair. (the chair is kept inside a cupboard)
Luckily, the bed is quite comfortable for 2, but not 3. And there's also a mini fridge and an electronic safe as well.

Nice Hotel, Great Location in the Chinatown

arrived at the hotel and was upgraded to a larger room. with that said, the room was still pretty small. the location of the hotel was excellent, being a very short walk to the chinatown mrt and a short walk to the center of chinatown. the design of the hotel was unique. the shower was nice, as the flow was good coming from above. not much in terms of other features.
Restaurant Tip:
The food on Smith St. in Chinatown was amazing!!!
