New, clean hotel with great location
New, clean, great location

The hotel was new and clean with a great location. However the room was extremely small, hardly any space to fit luggages for two people. But other than that everything else was perfect
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Marina bay sands, Clarke quay

Very beautiful room, quite affordable rooms for its location, room amneties, and generally in Singapore. Great for people especially who likes cultural stuff, heart of Chinatown, many sights around. Accessible to town and city through many buses and trains.

In the middle of Chinatown
Reasonable price, fantastic location

I agree with the other comments, the rooms are tiny and dimly lit to the point of annoyance (sure, I need glasses)!
However, if you are looking for a clean crash pad in a non-phony, exciting part of Singapore this place is teriffic. Great local places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood and plenty of interesting original local activities next to the tourist traps.
I didn't spend time lolling about the hotel so the small negatives didn't bother me. Good value because it's an easy walk to most of the fun Singapore haunts and the train is next door.
Restaurant Tip:
The Maxwell Rd hawker centre is a great local place to eat. Beautiful, handmade food that is dirt cheap. Beers reasonale too (no mean feat in Singapore).

convinient location but room with no windows
close to public transportation

located in the middle of china town, convinient to use metro and buses but the single room was quiet small without any windows. since there was no windows the room had a strong stink, but the staff were nice enough to change the bed sheets and nextday, even the room.
honestly, it was a bit pricy for what you get.

nice hotel in a convinient location

unlike the single room our son stayed, our superior twin was nice with a window. not so big but clean. location was good, close to metro and bus stops. no breakfast option but there are tons of restaurants in singapore to explore.
hotel manager kindly informed us the approx. cost of taxi-ride from airport to the hotel, was very helpful cuz it was after midnight.

Lovely little boutique hotel in Chinatown
modern room with an oriental touch, free wifi

loved my stay there. the only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof and there's no kitchen in the hotel to order late night snacks. that said, the massage spa looked awesome. will be back to check it out.

Our stay in Porcelain Hotel was very satisfied. The environment there is good. The air condition functions very well as we enter the room the room will be cold in just minutess. However the wall that seperates room seems to be a little thin because the noise next door can be heard clearly, especially when comes to kids.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Those staying in Porcelain Hotel is very near to Chinatown Mrt. Which you can take to the Harbourfront to go to Sentosa and few attractions there. This is very much convenient. For those who prefer taxi or cab, the place is also near to the stations. You can have cab there easily. One reminder, please do wear shoes that can travel as those who wear high heels will be suffering.
