good service.They made us feel like part of their family and we loved it. The hotel room was clean and beautiful. Within walk to the collection center for good food and shopping too. Pool was great at the perfect temperature and beach was just 10 steps from the bar! We loved everything about the hotel. The perfectly manicured gardens, large pool, friendly staff and excellent location

i was very very surprised to see the size of the room about 2mx2.4m,not any good space for my 2 bags,i had to use the toilet bowl to sit during my idle time,i do not want to stay there again.only the location they are selling.

We were 8 who checked in and a big party has different needs....Liquid soap is provided but we had to buy a bar for the family, one of our parties lost a bunch of hankies (maybe picked up with dirty towels) which the hotel was not liable for and did nothing about (just be careful with your things), drinking water was sufficient, small rooms mean your 20 kg bag and stroller can barely fit without the door bumping it when opened (best for backpackers), near a local mini grocery, walking distance to mcdonalds for breakfast and the good hawker area maxwell food court, crocs and breadtalk is nearby in chinatown shopping mall...mrt is accessible... very strategic for touring, eating, shopping and resting after a long day (we felt safe walking the streets even late at night there was a night market nearby)

this time i stayed in the executive room.
good points: this room is adequate in size and very good sized bathroom. windows that actually open.
bad points: worst hotel bed i have slept in, it was uncomfortable and horrible for my 4 night stay. have stayed in this hotel before in deluxe room and bed was good. no body lotion in bathroom, sheets not changed on bed, only made up each day. room was a bit dirty and had to ask to be cleaned, when opening windows, very dirty and asked to have cleaned, which was done but far from 100%. ushions were very dirty and grotty. overall this room was a bit grotty and not up to the standard i have previously experienced. i previosly stayed in naumi liora just a couple of streets away, this hotel was spic and spn with a great bed, really great bed and pillows, but smaller bathroom and a quite a bit more expensive. if you can afford the difference then naumi liora is the pick. i will stay at porcelain again, because of price but will check the room and bed first. both hotels are well located to restaurants and a short stroll to mrt, bus stops and river walk, clark quay, boat quay, robertson quay.

the location for this place is fantastic though the rooms are really small. getting to the room from the lift can be a bit of a maze.
though our room - a deluxe double - had a window, it was barely opened. the outer window had closed wooden shutters so there wasn't any point in pulling up the blinds.
lighting can also be improved as both the corridors and room were dark.
however, this place is within walking distance to a few train stations and has a number of dining options nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The foot reflexology place across the road does a decent foot massage.
