Very good room is a bit small, but warm and thoughtful service, clean environment, the location is very superior, very convenient to travel short. Next will come back. And tell other friends.

I stayed in Porcelain for two nights, I made mistake when I booked online but Agoda and hotel staff help me sorted out by upgrading my room.
Room is clean but quite TINY, boutique hotel with no F&B service, no swimming pool&gym.
Overall it's good for its location.

The good and bad of porcelain hotel
The best 3 things about this hotel is its high speed internet, the comfy bed, and its very good location (just a 1 minute walk from chinatown mrt station) and is near to local eats and souvenir shops.

Queen Deluxe room
The Good side: 1.) the classy design (our room was all white) 2.)fast internet 3.)comfy bed 4.)the staff can speak english and were okay 5.)You can notify staff to clean by a buzzer near your door. 6.) Aircon great 7.) mini ref available 8.) clean 9.) easy access to mrt 10.) tv had great signal and had axn,cnn at least.
The bad side for me of the hotel really is its space. It is very small for 2 people. Although the design optimizes the use of space, it still is bit small especially for a deluxe room. It was around 4 x 3 meters. You don't even have a table. No breakfast included too.

Pretty good, not awesome though, the hotel layout looks terrific when seen from outside, though the rooms weren't that great, had a colony of ants in my room, although we had an upgrade to the executive room as it was the first one available since we had to check-in early that morning, Staffs are courteous, no qualms in service, there was a damp smell in room... the only major advantage of staying here could be, its pretty close to China town MRT.

Just Average. I booked two executive rooms. One was very small but nice. The second was on the ground floor near reception, small, noisy, and smelled very bad. Luck of the draw on rooms here I think.

It is a nicely designed hotel located at Chinatown, very close to MRT, Chinatown point, and hawker food. However, the room is dark because of the design, and very very small!
