Rooms were comfortable with an in room safe, coffee service, clean and neat. Not a huge room but plenty of space for 2 adults. The shower had great pressure and hot water was plentiful. So important after a long day of walking around! Location was great, close to 2 hawker centers and a 10 min walk to Novena Shopping Mall where the subway is located.

The smoking floor - wish they would elimate that option! Otherwise can't think of anything negative.

We were very warmly greeted by the front desk staff though it was 1am in the morning. The young woman remembered us from our stay last year which was a very plesant surprise. They were willing to store our luggage for a week as we travelled to other locations. Our luggage was safe and securely returned. We were given a room very quickly on our return even though we checked in at noon and the regular check in time was 3pm. Our request for an iron and board was very quickly responded to! Excellent service from the front desk and the door men who opened the doors with a smile and hello! Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. We had a very, very nice stay and the staff made the us feel at home. We will return again to Quality in our next trip to Singapore!

-3 dollar laksa. -free shuttle bus (but needs to be booked in advance). -clean rooms. -breakfast buffet.

-location (nothing to do in the area). -loud noise from the pipes in the toilet. -small room.

A friend recommended the quality hotel in Singapore and after much research I found the best rate on agoda. The first room that they gave me was a smoking 1 double bed room even though I asked for a non-smoking 2 single bed room, however, I called the front desk and they switched rooms for me right away. Although the room was very small it was quite clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the cleanliness. The one thing that bothered me was that after using the toilet the pipes made a very loud annoying noise for about 5-10 min after flushing. Anyhow, all in all a pretty decent hotel for a decent price. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to a nightlife, this is not the hotel for you.

There was a water leak in my bathroom, so the floor was wet, which was pretty uncomfortable for us. I felt that the facilities in the room are old fashioned. The location of this hotel is a bit far from MRT. It took at least 15 mins to get to the nearest MRT station by walking. However, I can say this hotel is ok for the price...
