Quality Hotel, Singapore

We were very warmly greeted by the front desk staff though it was 1am in the morning. The young woman remembered us from our stay last year which was a very plesant surprise. They were willing to store our luggage for a week as we travelled to other locations. Our luggage was safe and securely returned. We were given a room very quickly on our return even though we checked in at noon and the regular check in time was 3pm. Our request for an iron and board was very quickly responded to! Excellent service from the front desk and the door men who opened the doors with a smile and hello! Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. We had a very, very nice stay and the staff made the us feel at home. We will return again to Quality in our next trip to Singapore!

A friend recommended the quality hotel in Singapore and after much research I found the best rate on agoda. The first room that they gave me was a smoking 1 double bed room even though I asked for a non-smoking 2 single bed room, however, I called the front desk and they switched rooms for me right away. Although the room was very small it was quite clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the cleanliness. The one thing that bothered me was that after using the toilet the pipes made a very loud annoying noise for about 5-10 min after flushing. Anyhow, all in all a pretty decent hotel for a decent price. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to a nightlife, this is not the hotel for you.

There was a water leak in my bathroom, so the floor was wet, which was pretty uncomfortable for us. I felt that the facilities in the room are old fashioned. The location of this hotel is a bit far from MRT. It took at least 15 mins to get to the nearest MRT station by walking. However, I can say this hotel is ok for the price...

Not close to city centre and MRT. But near good food court. Staff are friendly and efficent and requests are promtly met. Breakfast is good with adequate variety of eastern and western foods.

You can easily go to Orchard, Chinatown, etc. by bus. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel.

There were no outlets for computers, no internet access in the room

Aside from the size of the room and the less than perfect location, it is a good hotel for the money in very expensive Singapore.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Although the room was a bit small, I would go back again. It was clean and there are plenty of restaurants along the road. Not too good if you have a lot of luggages though.

The food was good. If you are looking for a cheap comfortable hotel, this one is fine.
