Great location and reasonal price but unlike the lobby is very noise with their lobby lounge song. It was too noise. Unlike the hotel service. We had requested on comment for double bed and it my hubby birthday. When we check in for double bed and yet the reception answer they don't have it. I feel angry and mention we r couple. At last, they given us the requested. But I feel unlike with this kind of service. It was not professional at all.

Looks nice, a little small.

Place was convenient to get to, and there were lots of good food places nearby. Room was kept clean and neat.
Pool was small, and we had difficulty understanding the front desk staff. She did serve with a smile, so plus point.

Hotel staff seems to know nothing. Asked a hotel staff if there are any drinking bars nearby but staff said she doesn't know. To my horror, there was just one less than a bus stop away. Asked for directions and get the same 'I'm not sure' replies. Hotel staffs were not friendly and they were not smiling during check-in. I do not feel welcome at all from the moment I checked in. One last thing, you will not regret missing the buffet breakfast.
The only good thing about the hotel is that the rooms are clean. You get what you pay for, but poor customer service is no excuse at all.

this hotel has a older look outside but inside the room is modernly decorated with huge windows and very spacy and quitely situated. you can read a book or watch tv without noise and no one disturbs you. we enjoyed very much our stay and it is a pleasure to stay.
