Disappointing the worse hotel breakfast

IT was a 3 star old hotel staff were used to dealing with tour groups not individual business travelers. Food was mass produced and poor. Service was poor and staff were not motivated. Management stood around chatting and smoking whilst i was waiting 30 mins in a bar to get served.

Basically, the room is ok. Value for money, but the air-con is too cold, even i have adjusted it in low mode. Another thing is about the wifi, even you have two people in room, they only give you 1 voucher per night that can only lock in 1 device. As a business traveller, we always need internet connection for emails reply. So this is a little bit disappoint me, but in overall is good. The band at night quite noisy for me.

Very good hotel for the price

I believe it's still not a 4* star hotel, because breakfast really sucks. Other than that, hotel is very good for a business traveler on a budget.
Staff is attentive, though it really depends on who's shift it is. This time I was upgraded to bigger room (on a lower floor though), 'cause the receptionist checked me into wrong room (twin beds instead of double bed).
Internet is supposed to be fast, but it's the 2nd room I stayed in and signal is really weak. Basically, had to put a chair near the door to have more wifi bars :)
