nice family resort,especially if your plans are to explore all the theme parks in Sentosa, abundance of restaurant & great view of harbour. Too far away from main island...its only a choice hotel if one intends to do the theme parks in Sentosa. We stayed at Rasa Sentosa for 4 nights, check in was smooth and the view of the harbour with ships simply sailing by as you stepped off the lift onto your floor was great. Even at night, the views were stunning. The buffet spread at the restaurant was quite good. Transportation system was fantastic although being so far away, it does take time to get to town. Nearest shopping is located at Harbourfront and easily accesible via free shuttle bus, and from there one can take the MRT to anywhere, even the airport!

Very friendly staff.Everyone is working to make the guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable Excellent service from the staffs from top down. I really think its value for money esp when there was a 1-dine-1-free offer for Visa card holders for the buffet meals. Very well thought events.services (eg balloon sculpture for kids during breakfast so that adults can enjoy their meals). The senior staff was even down and working as a team during the peak hrs of dinner and lunch--very encouraging to see that. Well done and keep up the good work. My family will be back, definitely

The room was big and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Waiting quite long time for check-in. I love the room, as it was comfortable and clean. I love the resturant located at the Resort too as the staffs were very friendly and helpful even it was very crowded in the morning.

Friendiness, helpfulness of staff gave me a sense of welcoming and warm feeling. Efficiency level was satisfying, given the circumstances when the whole resort seemed to be almost fully booked. Room was okay, but the sea view was really a pleasant and delightful sight. Had good time trying out some hawker food nearby. Beach area enabled privacy as it's restricted to hotel guests which is a plus. Took sometime to check in because of big crowds. Not able to secure the requested double bed. Can extend closing hour for hawker food cafe for half or one hour more so guests do not have to rush. Encountered some debris/rubbish brought in by the wave at the beach. I booked the resort with an open mind, and had a very pleasant feeling once I checked in. I would have nagged abit about the condition of the carpet but it's being compensated by the wind and the breeze at the balcony, coupled with the scenic view of the sea, day or night. The pool was inviting, so were the other facilities. The only little thing I would wish was that the care takers pay more attention to the debris that was brought in by the wave at the beach. Overall I had a fulfilling break at the resort.

Very convenient and safe place. This is a startting point to visit all other entertainment places, attractions(with free bus almost available at all times).
Excellent, delicious foods at The Silver Cafe We had greatly pleased experiences at this resort. We will come back to stay at this resort again in the near future. We also passed out delightfull experiences to our friends and relatives and highly recommend them to visit Singapore and stay here. The most interesting things that made us to choose here to stay again are:
- Beautiful view at the beach.
- Professional and excellent services of Staff, especially at the lobby, reception and room services.
- Free Wi-Fi internet in room.
- Friendly Staff and Room service personel.
- Very convenient location: from here we can go directly to Underwater World in 3 minutes, go to all other entertainment places, all attractions... such as Dolphin Lagoon, Cable Car, Imbiah, Songs of the Sea...etc... by free bus (which is available all the times in the parking lot in front of this beautiful resort. From any places, we can go back to the resort to rest in just minutes or just approximately 1/2 hour. Very convenient location. This is a 2-thumb up resort.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This is an excellent location. From here, you can go almost anywhere, visit all the famous places with free bus (available all the times at the parking lot in front of this beautiful resort).
Needless to say: the resort Staff are very friendly. Services are excellent which made our time a great pleased experiences.

For Sentosa this place is pretty ideal.
(On the beach, games, pool/slide, staff is ok) The price is a bit high, dont know if we really got our money worth out of it. Its a nice place to stay but its a bit expensive. There are other places to stay that are the same or better in Sentosa. The only selling factor that they have and others dont is the location right on the water and a name. If I go again I probably wont stay here, but its not bad. During ceck-in they made a mistake and tried to give me someone elses room.

This hotel is quite OK with family with small child. My daughter enjoyed pool so much. Restaurant is OK for family. The location is good and easy to access on the other amusement.
I can recommend this hotel to family with young kids, although it may be different for couples.

Facilities for Children were very Good,especially the Pool and Beach access. Rooms can become noisy when the Hotel is Busy
All hotel guests do not have youg children,and therefore the coming and going from adjoining rooms can be a nuisance All in All a pleasant break;the rooms were nice,and Service in all areas was efficient and friendly.
Ideally situated to enjoy What Sentosa has to offer.
The shuttle service is an additional plus,to Harbour front.
Although the Pool is large,can be difficult to obtain a lounger when busy:people tend to hog them for the entire day,whether they are at the Pool or not.
Other than that a Good Hotel for a Young family.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Remember Singapore has a lot to offer ;in all aspects;when staying on any Sentosa Resort,you must consider it can be quite far into the City to experience all Singapore has to offer.
But if you want a family beach holiday with enough to keep the kids busy then this hotel is ideal

Near the beach, well maintained and clean, friendly staff, nice swimming pool for kids Nothing much which needed major improvements This hotel is great for families with kids. It's smack on the beach, the pool has great areas and slides for the children, and gives an overall cheerful feel with the vibrant colours and the scenary nearby. Staff are friendly and nice and helpful. My son was sick and vomitted on one of the nights I was there, and when we called the the hotel staff in the night (around 10pm) to come to help us change all the bedsheets etc, they came quickly and were very helpful.
Shopping Tip : Take the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to go to the nearest shopping mall 'Vivio City' to shop till you drop. 10 minutes bus ride only, every 20 minutes frequency

Good hotel for families with kids Building sites nearby but not realy disturbing. A bit expencive for a room. We stayed four days there in a hill view room. We did not need to have sea view all the time as we did not intend to spend much time inside the room with two small ones. We did not have breakfast as we wanted to have freedom to choose other places. It was good decision as the mornings were mostly rainfree while it started raining about midday. While raining there were few things you could do with kids just to keep them busy. Underwater Aquarium is also very close so you can go there with kids when raining. When it stopped you can use pools until late enough to put them stright to bed.The hotel is not the best in the world but it is ok for the price and provides enough choices for families with kids of different ages. If I was single or in a couple i would not choose this hotel.

Fantastic location with beautiful views! Courtesy bus to HarbourFront. Rooms are a little small. Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location on Sentosa Island which makes it ideal for a romantic getaway! The Executive Panoramic room had fabulous views out to sea although it was smaller than I expected. Room service was a little hit and miss especially at busy breakfast times! All staff were very polite and friendly.
Had a great time here and would stay again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take hotel bus to Harbourfront then use the MRT to get around Singapore, it is very efficient and economical!

it took very long time to get my luggage back when i left luggage. view from top floor is the best.
i could c the view from bathroom which was a new experience to me.
mattress is really soft and i could have a perfect sleep.
i also liked amenities (especially lavender body cream)there.but I didn't like slippers...
i could refresh myself!
it was a bit difficult to get there since i didn't know how to get there, and i took taxi.
after that, i found out there is a bus (free of charge!) from harbor front station.
Nightlife Tip : cafe del mar.
