We enjoyed our stay at Rasa Sentosa. Going around Sentosa is very convenient with the Sentosa buses available just near the hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel provides shuttle service to Harbourfront/Vivocity - very convenient and they are on schedule!
We wanted breakfast by the pool, but the food at pool bar was only available at 12 noon!
- Restaurant Tip : If you don't want hotel food, there is food stalls near the hotel, besides the Underwater World.

I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and life on setosa island. Service is nice and food is nice and feel really relaxed.
Seaview is really beautiful. Pools and environment is really great.
Too far from city and airport.
- Restaurant Tip : There is food junction in a shopping center near it. It is really nice and cheap.

Non smoking room has been specified by us, this was ignored. We travel as a family of four with two young children. The size of the room is critical and Rasa Sentosa Resort worked hard to find us a room that suited our needs. We were very happy with the room provided, though we did have to move out for one night to allow a honeymoon couple to use the room.
The guest relations staff worked hard to help us during our stay and the house keeping staff member servicing our room was wonderful. The grounds of this hotel resort are great and our children had plenty to do during our one week stay.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Sentosa Island is rich with many activities and attractions for families.

- Shopping Tip : Go to Vivo City which is just 10 minutes away by the shuttle bus. It's great!

I couldn't find anything inappropriate about this hotel except for Halal food for Muslims. As I travelled with my children--one was 4 years old and the other was 6 months old--so we had a baby stroller with us. In order to go out from the hotel the walk way was a bit tough, especially going into the hotel, as it was a hilly area. So we had to push the stroller all the way up. At times that was tiring a bit. If they can do something for this that will increase its value a bit more.

Still a good choice if you want a beach holiday in an otherwise city destination. Just pick your dates right so the rooms are more reasonable and the hotel is not so over full.

The pool is great and the location is good if you value serenity, but could be too isolated for people expecting a quick hop to urban points of interest in Singapore; the staff could be more responsive and the room refurnished to look roomier; overall, this resort should be fine for short stays (1~2 nights) but not longer durations.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are hotel guest, there is no need to pay for the monorail fare to and from Vivo City Mall. Just show your hotel pass/room key. No one told us until after we paid for the tickets.
