Excellent apartment. Everthing is as per the photos. It is a bit noisy in the morning due to traffic.

Good Orchard road location, the best staff in SING

Great serviced apartment - quite comfortable with plenty of mod cons including oven, washing machine, fridge etc. Nicely sized shower, rest of bathroom a little small but no big deal.
Very good amenities supplied, including a nice basket of goodies on arrival (chips, cookies etc).
My room rate included breakfast, and it was pretty good. The ladies on hand would custom make if you didn't like what was on offer, but the selection changed daily.
The absolute draw-card of this hotel is the staff - they are by far the best I have seen in a long time in APAC - like what you would expect at a 6* hotel :)
Location is great for exploring the lower Orchard area, with a few hawker places hidden away if you're looking for cheap eats, plus all the tourist restos located around Cavenagh/Orchard area.
7-11 within walking distance, and less than 10 mins walk to Dhouby Gaut MRT and Plaza Singapura.
If you need a serviced apartment, I would recommend it - but for pure business travel I found it a little on the pricey side. Also, the gym is a bit ordinary (small, 3 people max) but the pool area is very nice.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to dine el-cheapo, head to basement foodhall at the back side of the Concorde Hotel nearby.

Nice hotel with very obliging friendly staff

We had a Large three bedroom apartment, very clean, good pool area and location wise was great. The only problem we encountered was the traffic noise which was constant during the night.

We upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit because we wanted more room than a studio offered and didn't regret it. The housekeeping service was excellent and unobtrusive. A 3 or 4 minute walk to Orchard Rd and a MRT Station. Also a conveniently located 7-11 store just next door. Sometimes a little hard to flag down a taxi but no trouble if you asked the front desk people to call one for you.

handy having the washing machine combined with dryer, friendly service staff always stocked up. front desk helpful with taxi especially when we needed to get to my daughters gymnastic competition on time for her to compete.
Shopping Tip:
there's shop for general items and a pastry shop in centre point plaza on orchard rd 5 to 10 mins walk open early to late

As a family with 2 young children, parents and grandparents visiting Singapore for our son's wedding we were happy with our stay which suited our needs very well, it was better for us than conventional hotel rooms.
My only comments would be that a longer breakfast period would be better as travelling from different time zones meant often missed.
There was also a small step between kitchen/living area not easily visisble which resulted in a lot of banged toes!

本次我们预定了三室一厅的公寓，全家6口人，老的老，小的小来新加坡过春节。预定的时候写清楚了价格是包含早餐的。但是半夜赶到酒店办理入住的时候，酒店告知春节期间是新加坡的public holiday，所以没有工作人员提供早餐服务，以及打扫房间服务。
我感到非常气愤，因为带着70多岁的爷爷奶奶已经不可能再换酒店了（人多，价格又涨），本来是来度假的，吃饭却变成最不方便的事情，因为public holiday 多美歌附近的大大小小的餐厅都休息，超市也放假。买菜煮饭都要四处折腾。
后来我查了酒店的官网，别人是一早就提示这个信息的，但是agoda却没有提醒，并且还收了包含早餐的钱。这么不专业的事情，让我对agoda非常失望，也破坏了轻松的假期。
非常非常失望！
Hotel Feature Tip:
酒店本身服务很好，也很干净，比我去过的五星级酒店宽敞，有免费的网络，游泳池。还可以带宠物入住，交通靠近地铁站，部分景点走路就到。有机会还会入住，但是不会通过这里预定了。
