I was celebrated my birthday during my stay, n I was order a cake for myself upon check jn, the check in agent was asked me to wait n call room service to prepare a cake , it was great n amazing. Really thanks for the agent

This hotel is centrally located and walking distance to Universal Studios. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always smiling. Rooms were clean and comfort.

The fact that it's located in a tourist attraction is a good and bad thing. Because Sentosa is located on an island, getting to mainland Singapore is a tad inconvenient. Otherwise, there's plenty to do and visit on Sentosa itself.

the balcony faces the pool and gives a great resort feel. I don't really like the orange color slippers though... A 3rd guest can join in as there is a sofa bed and additional pillow and blanket in the cupboard
Shopping Tip:
Near to Casino and it just feels like Macau. all the big brands and watches are in a single row if you are looking for luxury items.

Very nice hotel and in a perfect location in Sentosa with everything at your fingertips.
The Family Room is an excellent idea and great fun for the kids to have the high loft bed with the ladder and they had a ball.
Only negative was how expensive certain things were. Nothing was for free and it all cost more than it should.
$6.50 for a water.
$9.80 for a cup of warm milk for the baby
$35.00 per day for internet is absolutely ridiculous
I know Singapore is expensive and i travel there almost every 6 weeks, however, this particular hotel and group of hotels on Sentosa do take advantage of the guests in terms of their charges for things. Its unnecessary, especially when they promote the "family" holiday.

A nice hotel adjacent to casino and very convenient for family with young children who want to enjoy Sentosa. There is one lovely loft bed in room. No free wifi in room as well as at lobby.

The location of Festive hotel is great as it is few minutes away from Universal Studio and Maritime Experimental Museum.
You can use the beach pool at Hard Rock Hotel which is much bigger and nicer, children love the beach sand and water slide!
Restaurant Tip:
Take the monorail and dine at Food Republic Vivo City, selection is great and price is reasonable.
