Hotel with spacious rooms
In the heart of sentosa, near Malaysian food street, big rooms

it was clearly a family hotel with many families staying there. we got upgraded to a family room and it was spacious plus it had a small upper deck bed at the corner of a room. very good for families indeed. the pool was quite big but very crowded at all times. the gym was pretty well equipped as well.

The room was really cosy, however abit dim due to the wooden ceiling.
Love the place alot.
Festive hotel is the 3rd hotel in sentosa.
Love it as much as the others.

Not to our expectation. Carpark is far. We have to take a few escalators and walk before reaching the lobby. My advise is to drop the luggage at the lobby before parking your car. Rooms are not what appear in pic. Maybe was taken with a panaroma view. Fixtures look old and not maintain. Like staying in Malaysia resort. Corridors are dark and not well lighted. Staff are not that friendly. Branded shops around with no sale or discount, unlike in Orchard. Long walks to Monorail and USS. But swimming pool is ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring along light luggage if you are not driving in. Cut throat carpark fee. Eat outside Sentosa, ask for free pass and take the Monorail to Vivo.

Lousy hotel service with bad amenities

probably due to overwhelming hotel guests, the hotel service staff were very inefficient, slow and reluctant to attend to us. The TV had poor sound system with crackling sound. The remotes in the room were insensitive and required considerable amount of strength to change channels. Small and old room not recommended.

Nice and lovely room to stay. Value for money for a room like that. The only thing bad is too dusty, you can actually see the dusts flying within the room.

We extended our stay as there were simply too many fun things to do on Sentosa. The room was not big, but the layout maximised the usage. Of course the bunk bed was the best feature. There is a good mix of restaurants nearby so you can pick & choose. The pools are also very fun. Overall, a lovely stay & memorable for the children!
