Kids friendly Hotel

Overall, the hotel as advertised is built with kids in mind. Booking the Family room is an absolute must if you have young kids on tow. Amenities are sufficient, but if you are to bring your kids for a swim, I recommend the swimming pools at the Hard Rock Cafe hotel which is just next door, bigger play areas with more facilities for kids to enjoy. The only qualm I have was the waiting time for the check in, due to the popularity of the hotel. Queue can be pretty long if you happen to go during the peak season.

Nice hotel but slow service

The check in time is so late which is at 3pm and have to check out early at 12pm. When i was about to check in they say, i need to wait for a room which is not ready. How can they not have the room ready when they ask people to check out at 12 and check in at 3 which they have 3hrs to do e clean up and stuff. So in the end i got my room at 4pm which is 1hr late and still check out at 12. Its such a bad experience.

The hotel is a modern hotel, part of the resorts world sentosa group. It is what you would expect from a four start hotel anywhere in the world, but it is not five star. The features, facilities, food and everything remind you of a bland chain hotel, but if you are here for the gambling or universal studios then you will not be spending time in the hotel.
Location is great for resorts world, but stuck in Sentosa it is a challenge to get to the rest of Singapore. We chose this hotel as it was cheap and located in Sentosa (where we had meetings), but otherwise we would choose any other hotel if we were visiting Singapore again.

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile

The stay was a pleasant one. It look more to a resort than a hotel stay. The good thing is we can cross over to Hardrock Hotel for the Swimming pool. It come with sand play, slide and pool, which my kids enjoy it very much.

Good room size for family with young children.

Room with double decker is fun for kids, even keep them in the room they are happy with that.
If bathroom equipped with bathtub will be even nicer.
Will be nice if breakfast are inclusived.
Reception staffs are friendly and some of the staffs guide me very clearly where to park my car.

we stayed in a family king room, free upgrade from normal deluxe room coz the latter room type were fully occupied, we slept in the king bed first then we shifted to the kid's nest bed coz we found it fun to sleep up there

Not to our expectation. Carpark is far. We have to take a few escalators and walk before reaching the lobby. My advise is to drop the luggage at the lobby before parking your car. Rooms are not what appear in pic. Maybe was taken with a panaroma view. Fixtures look old and not maintain. Like staying in Malaysia resort. Corridors are dark and not well lighted. Staff are not that friendly. Branded shops around with no sale or discount, unlike in Orchard. Long walks to Monorail and USS. But swimming pool is ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring along light luggage if you are not driving in. Cut throat carpark fee. Eat outside Sentosa, ask for free pass and take the Monorail to Vivo.

Lousy hotel service with bad amenities

probably due to overwhelming hotel guests, the hotel service staff were very inefficient, slow and reluctant to attend to us. The TV had poor sound system with crackling sound. The remotes in the room were insensitive and required considerable amount of strength to change channels. Small and old room not recommended.
