Family-friendly hotel. We were being upgraded to the Family king room. The kids loved to play and sleep on the upper loft so much. Nice swimming pool.

walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping areas. we loved the bread talk for morning breakfast.

Deluxe hotel but small swimming pool

I would highly recommend this hotel if you spend one night in Sentosa with your kids and parents because the location is great and the room rate is reasonable. Although the swimming pool in the hotel is small but you can enjoy the use of Hard Rock hotel's swimming pool which is big enough and suitable for children as well.

Upgraded to the Crockfords Tower Hotel - VIP Hotel

We were booked for the Festive Hotel but were upgraded for free to the Crockfords Tower when we asked for an earlier check in time.
The Crockfords Tower was simply stunning, elegant, classy, very quite and relaxing. The room was stunning and had it's own lounge room and kitchen with free use of an expresso machine and tea facilities etc. The bathroom was huge and had a large tub for two, separate shower and steam room, and even a TV built into the bathroom mirror.
The Festive hotel lobby was all that we saw of the Festive Hotel, but it looked impressive. I would comment that there were dozens of people lined up to check in and it looked like it is probably a cheaper hotel then the Crockfords Tower.
When we first arrived at Resorts World, we found that there were about 4 hotels all semi connected by the same main entrance. The entrance was a large room with hall ways that go off to each hotel. The Festive Hotel walkway was stunning and was lined with brand name exclusive shops for a few hundred metres. Equally the same for the Crockfords Tower walkway but fewer shops.
Travel tip:
Ensure you take long pants and decent shoes when staying at Resorts World. There is a Casino but the dress code does not permit entry for those in shorts and or sandals.

We booked a deluxe room and due to high traffic, we were upgraded to a suite which was really nice. The room is spacious and beautiful. Very conveniently located with Universal Studio just nearby and other attractions in Sentosa island is easily accessible via the monorail and tram provided free of the charge. Easy check in and check out with no hassle.
The only setback is the hot and humid weather which makes one very tired and lazy to walk around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hop on the free monorail to tour Sentosa Island. At beach Station, there are trams to take you along the beach to different attractions on the island.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile. They have welcom gifts for the young ones. Make your own extra bed. Suitable for family with young little boy and girl. Breakfast may or may not be included. That depends on the package you booked. Enjoy the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel next door; it is accessible by Festive Hotel guests.
