my three boys enjoyed and just wouldn't leave the hard rock pool. but the family room at the festive was just perfect for me - this combination of room plus shared hotel pool couldn't be any better! will definitely go again soon...

Rooms are very expensive for what you get and the room was very noisy from the pool and we were on the 7th floor plus the inconsiderate people that let their kids run up and down the corridors late at night is really frustrating and outright rude. Other than that its a great location, just love the way its all set up, you could easily stay 5 days and look around except make sure you have loads of money.

The hotel amenities are family friendly and it also suits business travellers. The hotel staff are very pleasant and always make you comfortable dealing with them. It was nice to know that they are very prompt and very caring specially when one of our group became sick and had to be hospitalised. They do not waste time and they have the medical team ready to help instantly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is perfect if you want a hotel to stay when you want sightseeing like the Universal Studios, the whole of the Sentosa world resort, good value for sightseeing and to go to many attractions within the Sentosa Island attractions, they are just within reach. Highly recommended

Hotel room is great with reasonable price. It is second time for visiting same hotel. Two room was reserved. Although we requested to arrange two rm in the same floor, they still cannot fulfill our request. Disappointed. They arranged one at second floor and the other one is forth floor. Actually, second floor is equal to ground floor and no view at all. No free WiFi is provided and just near casino having free WiFi service.

Great room but need modernization

We booked a deluxe room but got upgraded to a spacious family room that can fit up to 4 adults. The room is next to the pool and got balcony and just perfect for families with young children. The down side is there is no free wi-fi service and the charge is quite high, there's no free computer or whatever at the lobby that we can use.
