Great hotel for family with small children
Rooms are clean and fully stocked. Amenities more than sufficient for traveler's needs. Family atmosphere

my family enjoyed our stay at festive hotel. the sentosa attractions were within easy reach and the city attractions were accessible by the sentosa express, closest station of which was 5 minutes away (walking)

a very nice and pleasant hotel, the room spacy, everything was perfect and the full of facility, well except for the internet wireless connection maybe, they don't provide free internet access, you have to pay for an hour, better buy a local isp. and lucky me buy the non breakfast, i saw the restaurant, a lot of people queing for breakfast, you can buy food nearby the casino instead.
Hotel Feature Tip:
prepare for internet access if you can.

Near to Universal Studio and family friendly
extra sofa bed apart from the king size bed

the hotel is great for resting when children gets tired from all the excitment in universal studio
i went there with my family during singapore jun holidays and all the rooms are fully booked.
we only enjoy the room and swimming pool but the rest of it, we explore sentosa and universal studio

book your room earlier, look out for the discounts provided by here and from resort world sentosa

Family Friendly Hotel and great service
The hotel has many rooms and the guests area outside the rooms were very impressive.

We were very lucky to be given a free upgrade to a suite room. The suite is spacious,comfortable and nice! The kids love Festive Hotel for its kids friendliness environment and also the swimming pools. We hope to stay in the hotel again when we next have a staycation.

The room is big enough for 5 adults. The sofa bed is good
It have a mini bar with coffee, TWG tea & milo. The small refrigerator is also quite cold.
The bad point is have to wait half an hour in queue to check in.
Staffs service can be improve.
Swimming pool is too crowded.

Lovely hotel but service could be better
Family oriented hotel with family rooms at pool level, Halal deli on site

I loved my stay at the hotel. The room is cleverly furnished to make full use of the small space to allow a family of 5 to stay comfortably in the cosy room. The room is on the same floor as the pool so it's convenient when you have pool loving kids. The pool area has a water play area which is an additional plus point. However, my only gripe is the service could be better. There is a limit to the number of the towels which is ironic as its a family room. Also, the check in took a good 45 mins to 1 hour and I was there before check in time of 2pm.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Convenient location to go to USS and if you want to stay to watch the crane dance at night.

Family Oriented Hotel
The kids simply loved the loft bed and the sofa bed!

We had planned a staycation during the June school holidays. We find the hotel as being family oriented. The kids simply loved the loft bed (fits one child) and the sofa bed (fits two children) while mummy and daddy get a comfortable bed all to themselves. Although the room is quite small, we were happy with the amenities provided.

USS a must go!

love this hotel. the room have a very nice bed, plus a big sofa bed. we're a family with two young kids, and everybody can have a very good night sleep. just next to universal studios

Good hotel for family with young kids
Nice layout of the room. Nice friendly staff.

checking in and out was fast and well done by staff.
kids had a nice time staying over. car park was a bit far from hotel. would have been nice if there were a kids club (didn't really check with hotel).
overall good experience.
