Great hotel for families with small children.
The sofa bed that pulls out to a double bed, and the loft bed. Access to Hard Rock Hotel pool with its water slide and beach lagoon.

It's a great hotel for young kids, and there's lots to see and do around the hotel. Lots of dining options like the Malaysian Food Street, but rather limited at the hotel.

the hotel Room is small for its price, but it has a sofa bed which is very good for a family of four, the room is clean but not satisfied with the restroom,the door position and no bathtub.
the staff...some of them friendly and approachable, while the other they don't care, the best thing in this hotel is their swimming pool, great for kids and adults... rating (Four Star).

agoda reservation is really travel-easy. at the hotel, upon presenting the voucher, everything is okay! the hotel is very accessible to all must see places not only of resorts world but the whole sentosa island. you can easily go to various stations through the mrt for free. to and from vivo city, the next mrt station is also free since festive hotel has provided an unlimited pass to the mrt.
Restaurant Tip:
For cheaper food and snacks, you can just ride the MRT (free) to Vivo City and buy your necessities. Cheaper and more sight-seeing adventure via MONORAIL.

Inattentive staff, dark, quiet room and corridors

I bought the hotel voucher as a gift for a couple on honeymoon. I called up the hotel a day before to inform them regarding the couple's particulars and told them to note that this is couple on honeymoon. The receptionist assured me they have noted the request. However, upon check in, my friends were given a TWIN room! They were tired and decided to make do with the room but I think this speaks volumes of the service standard of the hotel. My friends also commented that the room and corridors are very dark and it gets very quiet at night. They appreciate the classy design of the hotel though.

Nice family room- kids always look forward to stay

the prize of contention for my kids in this type of room at festive hotel is the loft bed. the ladder leading to the bed is easy to climb and get down from with its flat wooden steps. the main bed is also very nice with its quality bedding and full, nicely firm pillows.
i noticed several kid-friendly features this time around (our second stay at this hotel)- the edges of the square-shaped bed base has been secured with those table corner pads. there was also a square stool in the bathroom for the kids to step on while brushing their teeth. the wooden stool was sturdily built but too heavy for the kids to move by themselves.
on the night we were there, there was some performance (some kind of concert) going on nearby but the loud music didn't disturb us once we closed the balcony doors and drew the curtains.
we had a nice short stay this time.... we'll be back...

The room is fantastic, very spacious, nice decoration. Huge and comfortable bed. Lovely living room with a little pantry. Clean toilet. Good service with smile, quick check in/ check out, friendly staff. Overall wonderful experience about our stay. Only one shortcoming is the transportation to or from the hotel. It is easier to grab a cab at the casino entrance than the hotel, which is like a 5 mins walk away.

Great Hotel except...
Child friendly and easy access to the Universal Studios and the beach

We like the family deluxe room, and the kids definitely love the bed for the kids. They like to climb up to the bed. Everything was great, except that we suspect that there might be some bed bugs on the kid's bed. The kids have quite a number of bites, and were swollen.
Other than that, we like the easy access to the beach and the universal studios. There were many place to walk about, and the number of restaurants and nice food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Remember to bring your kids to the swimming pool at the Hard Rock Hotel. They will love it. A man-made beach for the kids, and a slide and other water spraying facilities that the kids could play.
