After a couple of initial problems, overall it was an enjoyable stay. Firstly we were given a smoking room even though non smoking was requested and we were travelling with young children. The change to a non smoking room was fairly prompt, but the replacement room was not up to the expected cleanliness - the room floor was dirty and there were stains on the toilet. This was rectified by housekeeping, but the room should have been checked prior to guests checking in..
