Comfortable bed but room is abit dusty

We drove there, signage says to park in the East zone. A long walk before i can find the hotel. Carpark is not in the hotel basement. Not very convenient. But i personally feel West zone is nearer. Room is ok, just that it is abit dusty

Great hotel for a weekend relaxation

We stayed at the deluxe room for 1 night. We were a couple with a 7yo. Room is sufficient for the 3 of us. There is a sofa bed in the room. 3 bath towels are provided which is good and we find the pillows too soft for us.
There are 3 swimming pools at this hotel for all ages. My son had a lovely time at the pool. We did not had breakfast at the hotel so can't comment much on their food. Casino, shopping and food outlets are easily accessible. The hotel is also nearby to Universal Studios and the monorail station. You can move around Sentosa Island conveniently with the monorail.
Overall, it's a good stay although it is only for 1 night. We will choose this hotel again if there is a price promotion.

Friendly front desk and great location.
Bryan was very helpful (front desk). Actually all of them were. They even made reservations to No Signboards for us. Bed was cozy. nice view of the poolside. also the bellhops were indeed pleasant and helpful..

cigarette butts and fallen trash from higher balconies were not cleaned on the 4th floor canopy. my husband took photos to complain to the general manager (via drop-off form).
at first, the room smelled of smoke. housekeeping quickly came and re-sanitized it.
no bathtub. kids love the bathtub. the bathroom design allows water to splash around the entire place(wet floors)
nice room. spacious enough for the sofa bed and other luggage.
pastry shop at the lobby was a delight! the poolside is calming and zen type. there's a nice pool for kids as well.
shops are just downstairs. wow! near universal studios and the train station. logistically great!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check in here. then a quick walk to Universal Studios.Wonderful! walking in the shade as well!

Nestled in a beautifully landscaped island with myriad attractions.

Very small room for a five star hotel. The bathroom was nice but too much glass makes it risky for children and older people. There is not enough information at hand about the attractions and amenities of the Island. There is much walking to be done to see everything, and if there are arrangements to assist those with difficulties in walking, no one tells you about it. You are basically left to find out everything on your own. Definitely not a place for the older traveller.
Shopping Tip:
There are lovely shops offering designer clothes, fabulous watches and so on, but these are out of place in a family-oriented resort. Who would want to purchase expensive items there? There should be more user-friendly stores offering basic necessities, magazines etc. The hotel is not generous about supplying amenities and one has to ask for everything.

A Complete Resort Style

This is what we have been waiting for!
A resort style totally catered for people who have holiday in mind! We had enjoyed the Festive Hotel totally.
We stayed in the family room with a bunker bed for my little girl. While my wife and myself equally enjoyed the King Size bed. There was also a balcony looking over to the pool area.
The pool was also another selling point for our hotel stay. The pool was big and new. There were other families with young children who use the pool to have a great family time.
Even though our package did not include breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants and especially now that there is a Malaysian Food Street in place, that makes this resort world all the more exciting and affordable.
We will definetely come back here again!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Tons of luxury brands in the resort world shopping belt, and needless to say, coupled with the famous RWS Casino and lots of new and exciting attractions around to make your stay more enjoyable.

Sweet hotel for me and my wife.
My wife love the hotel so much especially the kids bed.
We just having our son for two months, so when he grow up will bring him here to enjoy again.

big and new room

I got upgraded rooms to Family King. The room was very big and nice. The bed was very comfort. Do not forget to ask for free Sentosa Express Pass (3-days). Everything was great but we didn't get free wifi internet as promised on adoga website.
