Value for money but too rushed
Sofa and loft beds for multiple person sharing a room. All else pretty standard.

Generally pleasant but not much of service or facilities at the hotel, more like a room only stay in the hotel. Check-in at 3pm makes it too late to visit the attractions in the package (closes at 6pm) on the first day, would be better if we could get the pass for the attractions earlier. Although there's sofa bed, hotel did not prepare sufficient blankets so only the beds had blankets. Down side is it's quite troublesome to get a cab as there's only a centralised taxi stand near the casino and there's a queue. Night life options are limited too.

Resor world is good point of view

The resort is good facility for a family, they give a good location for a guest to be attached universal studio and beach. The luxury shops are located in Hotel and good express shuttle train they have.

Not fantastic. Staff were friendly but we chose it only because we wanted to stay at resorts world so we could spend the whole day at adventure cove, and it was the only hotel available.

Best Staycation Ever!!
Complimentary upgrade after the hotel discovered it was my wedding anniversary. Appreciate the hotel management greatly!! There is a jacuzzi in my bathroom, its simply superb!

I have nothing but to say that it's the best staycation i've ever had in my life with my wife. The hotel management was kind enough to give me a complimentary upgrade after knowing or discovering that it was my wedding anniversary. Really grateful to all staffs who had made this staycation an eventful experience for me and my wife.

We have been coming back to this hotel... because of the family package they offer. We also enjoy the swimming pool and easy access to the beach, USS, shopping and all what Sentosa has to offer. I have to comment though on cleanliness... the closet area when we checked in was dusty. Last time the balcony has left over cigarettes! Toilet has stain! Overall cleanliness has to be improved being a Resorts World hotel! No Free Wifi... how come?!!!

The hotel was close to where we wanted to visit, we did not use any of the facilities at the hotels (resturant, bars, pool etc) I would have preferred free internet use given that the high room rate. We did not have any bottled water provided in the room, we had to ask for additional linen to make up the sofa bed.
