We did not set our expectations too high so the room is ok. The kids love the loft bed and were fighting who get to sleep on it. The sofa bed opens up to be only a a extended single. So if you have older kids, having 2 boys of P6 and Sec 2 will be a challenge. The sofa bed can cater for 2 younger children at most. The king size bed is standard king, not super king too.
The most surprising is we found a needle at the sofa bed. But fortunately no kids are hurt in this incident.

I enjoyed my stay at the Festive Hotel. The room is quite big and loved the balcony. Had a nice room facing the pool. The best part is the room has a sofa bed and could accommodate nicely a family with children.
Cant say much about the staffs contact was a minimum but the ones i did get to interact with are very friendly. I am a bit irked about the parking. I found out that the complimentary parking can only be redeemed once. That made me a 'PRISIONER' in Sentosa and made me unable to leave the island. Sad really that there is such a policy.
One thing to add dont forget to ask for the KIDS pack i didnt get it when i checked in and only got it upon asking before checking out(as it was stated in the website). Security is also questionable. Anyone can go walk around the lobby and even the hotel floors. No card access was even required.
As a whole i might be coming again BUT only if its on promotion.
