had a one night stay at the hotel with pool view. the room is beautifully decorated. the swimming pool is good too.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Best to go on Sunday and weekdays to enjoy the pool. Free complimentary carpark for those driving.

This hard rock hotel is definitely a good hotel to stay in and with the rates from agoda is really so worth it. I will be back in dec for a 2 nights stay..Awesome place awesome stay with my lovely wife...

It had many shops and eateries around. Even 7-11 was available.

The hotel was classy but it would have been great if all rooms had a bath tub. The remote control stalled for a while. But the personalized greeting on the TV was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But there were 1 or 2 who could have had a smile on their faces. The centralized operator for RWS was not very helpful. I did not get calls back regarding my queries. There should be direct operators for each hotel so that it is easier to communicate.
Travel tip:
You can download the RWS app on yr phone. It is very helpful to find whatever you need to know and wherever u want to go.

beautiful hotel with huge pools
spacious room with a balcony and nice view of the pool, perfect location in sentosa

we chose hard rock for a short staycation over the weekend. it was a bit pricey but luckily there was a promotion going on at time of booking.
Do note that official check in time is at 1500h (later than the usual 1400h) which we weren't aware of. as such, our non-smoking room with king bed wasn't ready when we arrived and the only room available was a smoking room with twin beds. we didn't mind and just wanted to check in quickly instead of waiting another hour.
Surprisingly, the room didn't reek of cigarettes and that was great. the view was also really pretty from our small balcony overlooking the huge pool. there were slides for the kids, lap pool, jacuzzi and the works.
We also found the ice dispenser near the lift to be very convenient. It saved us from bothering the staff every time We want cold drinks. Overall, very pleased with the stay. will definitely return!
Restaurant Tip:
Multiple restaurants nearby or if fast food is what you are cravcing for, KFC is just a few minutes walk away. There's mcdonald's as well further away but the surrounding areas makes it a nice place to walk to. Otherwise, can always take the shuttle or monorail to vivo for more options or seah in hawker centers for local flavour.

Great location near universal studios singapore. Many food outlets nearby. However, staff wasn't very hospitable... when we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary... she didn't even wished us anything... We thought it was quite unprofessional...

the almost sound proof room!

check in was delayed due to unavailable rooms. however were served with welcome drinks upon request. room was very cosy. I believe it was almost sound proof. thumbs up!
