Great man-made sand beach pool and environment
This is my 2nd time staying. Beach pool was great and bed was comfortable. They only issue 1 complimentary car park ticket. Luckily they give us some free ride train tickets from Vivocity to Sentosa.

Great Swimming Pool and Nice Hotel Design
The swimming pool with man made sand beach was awesome! My daughter enjoyed it very much! The room design was nice but there was no bath tub. The car park was only free for 1 entry.

Good hotel
Swimming pool is well-facilitated but it will be better if there is much more varieties for children like higher slides and water splashing area. Hotel is clean but it will be better if you install door lock in the shower area and toilet.it will be good if you can change the door panel to opaque too,rather than translucent.

nice hotel friendly staff
the hotel pool is great very big and very clean.the only thing i don't like is i have requested non smoking room because i have a baby with me.upon check in the staff told me that non smoking room only for twin bed available .if i want king size only smoking room.i have no choice and to accept ...as i enter the room i can smell the cigarette and no window for smoking room ??? seriously? and as i wanted to change to other they said sorry we are fully booked.overall the stay was great.

Wouldn't return
First of all our non smoking room stank of smoke when we arrived, after complaining they stated there were no other non smoking rooms available but would put an ioniser in the room for an hour, it reduced the smell but it still lingered for our entirer stay. We purchased a bottle of wine outside of the hotel and as there was no bottle opener in the room we rang down to get one but where told that would send some up to open it for us, odd we thought but on the second night when we tried to do the same thing the phone rang unanswered for nearly 20mins, we then walked down to reception where there appeared to be a few staff just standing around! After again saying that would have to send someone up to open it for us we waited half an hour and had to ring up to chase them to which they said someone would be there in 20mins! Overall very disappointed with the facilities and service, rooms are very basic.

More staffs to facilitate check ins n check outs
Check ins n checking out can be overwhelming. HRC should arrange for more manpower to manage the throng of guests at such periods.
