Fun hotel, great location for Sentosa activities

Our stay was great. My kids loved the fun atmosphere and decor of the hotel and room. The only coplaint I had was that it took FOREVER to get through to room service. I think the phone rang for nearly 5-minutes before someone answered, not what I expect from Hard Rock, especially at this price.
Staff was kind, and helpful, everything was clean and comfortable overall.

Can be improve a bit more in extending services. Now every hotel around the world giving a free wifi to a guest despite what rate a guest get for the room. The hotel put a charges for a usage of wifi. It shouldn't have to because those staying in the hotel they are not 24hrs in the hotel. A guest might be use the wifi few minutes so its not fair to pay a sum of amount that not worth of paying. Another feedback about parking I'm really upset with the system here

1.Hotel location was very near to USS. 2.Easy to get public transport i.e. taxi, shuttle bus, monorail. 3.Very near to the food stall.

It is much more better if we can get water pipe in the toilet as I'm not comfortable using tissue instead water. Thanx alot.

Disappointing services due to durian smell

The moment I step in the hotel room, I smell durian. Kind of disappointing. The situation becomes worse when I open the frige.
Another disappointing item is that the toilet fails to flush in the middle of the night. Water keeps draining out and creates sound, making me difficult to sleep well. Since my family don't feel the noise, only reported the case early in the morning.
At least I am delighted that the operators are quick in response to help in resolving my concerns.
