Great pool and good location
Best feature is the swimming pool complex

This resort has an awesome pool complex. It is part of the intergated complex which incs Universal studios, shops, theatres, museums, theme park and casino. It is on Sentosa island (so our a bit from the centre of Singapore CBD. The hard rock memorabilia is really cool, particularly if you are into music from a couple of decades ago (which most people seem to be these days).
It is also close the rest of the Sentosa island experience, which is the old style sentosa beach and Merlion experience, which is old school and fun but aslo has modern attractions like the wave rider and indoor sky diving.
Overall this is a really fun place to stay and I highly recommend it.
Nightlife Tip:
There is a macic show at the theatre showing at the moment which is really quite amazing.

near to the tourist attractions

if u are planning to go to universal studio and the waterworld, this is the closet hotel u should stay. the Pool is nice, u can just stay in the hotel and chill there for the whole afternoon.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if possible leave all of ur belonging in the hotel, as locker charges in the universal studio and waterworld are outrages.

Best hotel features with a great Location
The Location is near many of attractions.

When you hear about hard rock the first thing you will think of is music. this hotel stands for its name. when you enter the room and try the sound system you will be surprised. this is the only hotel i stayed in where the room has its own surround system embedded on the wall beside the tv. watching a movie or listening to music will be a superb experience. the bed was nice but the toilet is not that good (because its a five star i am expecting high). the location is one of the key point because it is inside sentosa. So a lot of attraction on resorts world is very very near. The swimming pool is also excellent. they have a man made beach which children can enjoy playing in the sand. Over all we are satisfied on our stay and we will be back again.

One of the best hotel in ASIA w/ excellent service

We stayed in Hard Rock Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. For me, it's one of the best hotel in Asia. We usually stayed in a 5 star hotel but its stands out because of the excellent service. The Staffs are friendly and approachable. The hotel location is very accessible, just a few minutes going to Vivo City and other places in Singapore. Rooms are nice, clean and very spacious. We had a balcony rooms with views of the swimming pools. However, it's expensive but worth it for the value of the money because of the quality of the rooms and services. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a fun and memorable vacation.

my stay at hard rock hotel was a memorable one.the room was so cozy and the toilet was like you was at the backstage.i was assign to a smoking room but to my surprise the room did not have any smoke smell at all.will consider staying there again

The room is quite spacious with high ceiling. There are quite a no. of defects although the hotel is only a few years old. Celebrated our wedding anniversary, but there was no complimentary cake, unlike other hotels. The hotel only provides 1 complimentary car park coupon to be used once. As we drove out to another hotel for dinner, we were charged $26 for just a few hours in the afternoon.

Nice swimming pool but bad room

i am quite disappointed after staying one night there.
the price is not cheap but the condition of the room is really worse than what i expected before.
although this hotel is new-opened like a year ago, it made me feel like living in a aged hotel.

Great location, pricey and lack of staff

Stayed at this hotel for 5nights with husband and 2 toddler. Staff are friendly but the hotel need more staff. Since i only saw few staff available to serve quite lots people. And probably that makes the house keeping didnt clean the room thoroughly. I found pacifier under the bed. Probably from the family before. The spoon suppose to be 2, but my room only have 1 while there were 2 glass of coffee. The house keeping even give me the wrong bathroom amenities and didnt set the bed properly like the night before. It seemed like they clean my room in a rush. no wifi. No bathtub. No breakfast. And for that kind of service, the price is too much expensive. If i will ever go to sentosa again, i will try amara sanctuary or festive. Since the price is the same with better offer in service and amenities. The pool is ok. But the sand is all over the place and no one is cleaning it. Overall, hardrock is ok. But didnt WOW me like i expect.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont forget to show your hotel key or booking voucher when u got there by car or taxi. And u should mention that u stay at the hotel since they will charge u addtional 6sgd at the front gate. I got charged twice. It 12sgd already. I can buy toys for my boy with that money
