Great hotel with cozy atmosphere

We had a great staycation at this hotel. 2 Super single beds and a big room space was great for the kids. A great way to explore Sentosa island. If not, just staying inside the resort was relaxing already.
Walking distance to Universal Studio, and easy way to get back to mainland Vivocity shopping area.

the hotel located in the center of sentosa that allow us to find food easily but the response of the staff quite poor because when i do check in i cant enter the room and i need to wait 30 minutes outside the door call more than 3 staff until the tecnical people coming over.

Ideal for staycation. Home away from home with needing to leave the country. Kids and adults would like the pools. Spent half a day at the pools. Thereafter, one can go for iFly, Luga, Megazip, etc. For relaxation, there are the beaches.

the hotel is in a great spot to other attractions . the concierge upon arrival and during our stay were very friendly and helpfull , the pool area is fantastic and the barman brian at the pool was great . it was very clean and tidy .we had 2 compliants the air con was a bit cold. also the girls at the beach towel return were a bit cranky ,they were friendly when collecting the towels but had no idea when we returned them . but all in all great hotel .cheers rod

We are all enjoying our stay as the swimming poor are so nice, and big, better of fun and I like the lobby which have music after 7 pm almost every night.

Comfortable but not as wonderful as it seems

The shower was fantastic!
Everything else is as good as what one would expect from the Hard Rock franchise.
The room was smaller than what it appeared to be in the pictures, though.
