Travel with kids age 14, 11, 8 and was offered to free upgrade to suite room. Room size was fantastic big with a living room, king size bed, 2 toilets, 1 bath room and bathtub. 1 television each in living room, bedroom and even 1 small tv in the bathroom for viewing while soaking in the tub. King size bed was big enough to sleep 4 of us (small size kids) and one of the sofa in the living area is able to sleep one more person. Swimming pool in the hotel was quite small but still quite okay. The kids love this hotel so much that they asked can we come again next time.
Security to the rooms should be improved as anyone can take the lift to the rooms level.

THE COUNTER STAFF WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL TO GIVE US A SUPER SINGLE BED ALTHOUGH THE BOOKING FOR THE ROOM WAS TWIN SHARING. SHE ASKED HOW MANY OF US STAYING AND OFFERED US SUPER SINGLE BED

I had read some negative reviews prior to booking Hotel Michael, but decided to book regardless as there was a good deal at the time, the room price was inclusive of entry into Universal Studio, SEA Aquarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark. Unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed with out stay.
When we walked into our room, there was a very strong cigarette smell. As we were travelling with our 6 months old baby, we asked if it was possible to have a non smoking room (I did not realise there were smoking and non smoking rooms). We were given another room, but it had a very strong perfum/air refreshner smell, which just made us wonder if they had sprayed down a smoking room.
The room only comes with 2 bath towels and a hand towel. On several occasions we had to ask for extra towels for the baby, and also when we went to use the pool. Sometimes the towels just don't come, sometimes it takes a long time for them to be delivered (maybe they were busy). On one occasion we saw room service cleaning a room nearby, we asked politely if we could have a couple of towels, and we were told to call room service directly. Then the same person that told us to call room service brought our towels!
On the positive side, we requested a baby cot when we booked and they remembered it without us having to ask for it. The breakfast buffet was nice.
Hotel Michael is in a convenient location, right inside Resorts World Sentosa, close to the monorail which can take you to Vivocity or the beach. However if I were to visit Sentosa again I would try out one of the other resorts in RWS.

Must tries include Tuscan Style bread salad Panzanella, signature Pizza Michael (seafood), and classic deserts like Grandma's Lemon cream cake. This open kitchen concept is located right on Festive Walk.

Stylish, elegant and excellent best describes this indoor bar and lounge. Perfect spot for a casual night out.
