Requested for a high floor and was given a 10th. Room was upgraded to Suite, both of us loved the spacious room and its design.Went for a swim, pool was abit small compared to the website that we saw. Nevertheless love the mini jacuzzi.
Makan place was a walking distance, though halal food was only quite a number.
Staff was very friendly always greeting us along the corridor and putting on a smile.

close to Universal studios, just next door. All suites have painting by the artist Michael, Very quiet rooms

location is near to USS + other attractions, the room is big with comfortable bed, the breakfast selection is good

Hesitated to book here because reading some of the reviews that the hotel's design is too artistic, but I didn't find it like that at all. The hotel room is simple modern, spacious with plenty of of drawers (never seen hotel with so many drawers before). It is not as near to the Resort World attractions like Hard Rock Hotel but it only a difference of just 5 minute or less of a walk. I like this hotel better than Festive, definitely cleaner and of a better quality.
