Toliet is not clean, has to call the housekeeping to come up and clean.
Safe has no battery, has to call the manager to come up to put new batteries.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The swimming pool is too small, better go to swimming pool in Hard Rock.

good class hotel but not for business

Stayed there for the first time. Good class hotel and came with Universal theme park pass. value for money. Hotel is mainly for casino and theme park guests. Not for travelers who needs to get in and out of sentosa island for trips into the city even though the city is just 10 mins away by car. They give you 2 car park passes for 2 night stay, valid for one exit. So if you make more than 1 trip out a day, you will have to pay he extra parking charges which I notice is 6 sgd per exit. On top of that, the car park is a shared car park with casino and other hotels in the resort. The walking distance from hotel to car park is a good 10 to15 mins away and very inconvenient if you drive. Furthermore, they charge an arm and leg for wi-fi in the room (per day?) and for each device. Wonder why hotel needs to irritate guests this way since internet access is not a high cost and a necessity to all travlers. I went to town and buy a local sim card with interent access for just with access for just $1 a day.
All in all, good for family and those contended to spend their entire stay at sentosa and not get out more than once a day.\
Being next to the casino and theme park, guess hotel thinks you should expect some ripping off in higher charges for other things than say a hotel downtown.

The hotel is superb! Staff were nice, the location is very accessible that you don't have to travel by land to reach sentosa's attractions. The room is very much comfortable. However, their buffet breakfast menu is always the same from day one until our last stay. But overall, it was a pleasant stay!

We got a free upgrade to a Suite room which was fabulous. The suite was spacious - there's a separate living room and bedroom with a TV each, and toilet had a separate standing shower, water closet, and bathtub. There was even a TV screen in front of the bathtub!
The location is very good if you are going to the Casino and nearby Universal Studios etc. There is a 7-Eleven nearby.
While the room was comfy and clean, we felt the hotel was overpriced and the most notable selling point of the hotel was only its proximity to the casino.
