it is amazing world in Sentosa. it is really a complete entertainment for children and adults. I love it so much, unfortunately I only stayed one night. next time should be at least 2 nights, 4 nights would be the best.

We loved our stay at hotel Michael. We had the 3 day 2 night package which gave us free passes to most of the attractions. Even in our fifties we loved universal studios doing all the rides!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The Universal Studio pakage and complimentary Sentosa Express ticket add to the hotel's value. However the area lacks food choices for breakfast, before 11am the only place for breakfast is the hotel restaurant or ToastBox...if you can find it!

Requested for a high floor and was given a 10th. Room was upgraded to Suite, both of us loved the spacious room and its design.Went for a swim, pool was abit small compared to the website that we saw. Nevertheless love the mini jacuzzi.
Makan place was a walking distance, though halal food was only quite a number.
Staff was very friendly always greeting us along the corridor and putting on a smile.
