Internet extortionate Thr River View Hotel has clean fairly new rooms,a good restaurant and a nice pool.Views from the higher floors sre good.The hotel is situated on the riverside,but it's more of a walk to the tourist attractions than many others,a 15 minute stroll to Clarke Quay following the river.
Internet is ridiculously expensive (wi-fi or in the business centre) and TV is non-English except for the pay per view films.
Restaurant Tip : There are plenty of nice restaurants,bars and some shops close by at Robertson Quay,5 mins along the riverside towards the town centre.

Easy walk to China Town and Orchard Road.
Very good breakfast.
Clean Overall, a good hotel. We found the hotel to be clean and the staff helpful.
The location was good for shopping as we were able to easily walk to China town or unscale shopping. Breakfast was good. We would definately consider this hotel next visit to Singapore.

value for money and nice hotel with pool its a little bit out of town but has plenty of malls and restaurants nearby This is a nice value for money hotel with a pool.it is about 5 to 10 mins in a cab to the centre of town but unless you are looking for bars,it has everything at its doorstep or walking distance,restaurants,malls,cinema,etc.i recommend this hotel to anyone
Shopping Tip : mall with everything at bottom of hill.5min walk

Located in a quiet area, yet easily accessible.
Clean, new renovated room. The hotel is located in very good area. Very quiet, not too much traffic in front. But yet, it is very convenient to get to all the places you want. Good for both business and leisure trip. The room is very clean and new renovated. Definitely my choice for next visit to Singapore.
