Location only only
The staff long faces take out all the pleasure of your enjoyment at the hotel. No one ever smiles and never remember you when you check in even they seen you before. I don't know who runs this operation but it is bad. Singaporeans need to train their foreign staff better as this seems to be overlooked alot in that country. Be prepared. Ohhhh forgot. No manager is ever on site. Not a nice hotel at all. Food 👎

Poor Living Quality and Bad Service
1.Near Clarke Quay. 2.Not too far from MRT 3. Near river
I got special price from Agoda for double room. But the hotel arranged a very bad room which is located above the bar and very noisy even it's already 12:00 PM. If hotel offer discount for double room due to the bad location of this room, they should make the description for it on the website. Otherwise, they should offer the same quality as other clients.

Small dirty room
It's worst than budget hotel. Worst bed U will ever find yourself in.

Good location with many restaurant around it
air con is very cold, location is good, price is competitive
Hotel is not very new, room are small, bed is quite hard. But the air con is very strong, good for those who can't stand heat.

stupid staff
bad. toilet was dirty. room wasnt what it looks like. complimentary water they didn't give as per the add. they charged me 30$ extra to check in at 12 p.m !!!! overall i wouldn't want to stay there again.

Basic Accommodation.
Price and location.
The hotel provided good service in a small room with a double bed. Sheets and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was served every day, limited menu on a buffet basis, but no facility for lunch or dinner. There was no bar, but beer, wine and soft drinks were available via reception.
