Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location but small and old toilets
6
The hotel was in a location with awesome nightlife and we liked to hang out in that area just to people watch.
We loved the room decor- the wall paper and chandelier was classy despite the small room. However, the toilet was very small and old and so was the "swimming pool".
Breakfast was very average but guess we werent expecting much from a 3 stars hotel..

Good location, small rooms and very run down,
Close proximity to Singapore river
3.3
Very small rooms, terribly run down, no help from staff to carry your bags specially you have to get few steps up or steep ramp to roll your luggage up or down, towels in bathroom worn out or torn, no soap or shampoo provided, limited tea and coffee supply
in rooms, rooms not properly cleaned.

close to Marina Bay, Chinatown and Orchard

the hotel is acceptable for short stay biz trip. if you want to go out more and stay less at the hotel, than this hotel is not bad. it is close to Clark Quay and almost the other attractions of Singapore.

Great Location
The location is very very good, near the river and the night life of SG.
7.3
It was a very good stay. the staff are courteous and ready to assist our needs. They accomodate our luggage when we check out and we do roaming around the city as our fligth schedule is still at night. the only regret is that they don't free wi-fi connectivity in room our in lobby.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a walk along the riverside and yopu'll a lot of bars and activities.

Great location but small rooms. Needs renovation.
7.3
The hotel is in a great location and has a lovely pool area but it is in need of renovation. The rooms are small and the exercise equipment is limited in number and some pieces are broken.

Location is great but the rooms are tiny/old
7
service was great, the reception are was very polite and gave us great service. the only thing that might bother you is how the rooms (and bathroom) is tiny, old and looks a bit musty. had to smell the bed, pillow and beddings (thankfully they smelled clean). but the bathroom tiles looked like they needed hours of scrubbing and it was so tiny i imagine the housekeeping attendant having a hard time bending down to clean it and just ignoring it altogether.
i also couldnt find a disposable slippers (i have always expected them) and it was a letdown as the carpet looked dirty. i had to wear my shoes while in the room.
be prepared to buy your own bottled water (they dont provide free mineral water, they sell them).
i did not eat there for breakfast (buffet breakfast was free) so i couldnt rate it.
all things considered, this is one of the most affordable hotels in the are (clark quay) and everything is almost there. so if you want to save your dollars to spend on nightlife and won't be bothered by the small things, stay here.
Nightlife Tip:
Clarke Quay! sleep in the morning then go out at night! :) Make sure to take the boat trip at night - it is splendid. Take the reverse bungee only if you have not eaten anything yet and if you have nerves of steel.
