great location

i always choose to stay in this hotel when i go to singapore. but, the last visit to the hotel, i was little bit disappointed because i could not get an extra bed; add 1 other room just gave too much cost for me, because we were only 1 adult, 1 teenager and 1 little boy. my husband just came for 1 night only. the solution from the receptionist was giving a larger room. had a larger room with just 1 king bed gave me interpretation that we could put the mattress down and gave us more mattress to sleep with "the base bed" just only when my husband came.
but the next day after that, we found that our room didn't clean up and the hotel said the reason was because we put the mattress down.
for a normal situation, i really know that what i did was not good. but for the situation i faced at that time, what the other solution that people could think?? to sleep on the carpet?

Lovel hotel but small room. However great location
It's a halal 5 strar hotel - rare to find

It was a good stay. But stuffy room. I like the free mini bar. The food is excellent & halal. Locatiion is very good for shopping.

Good location near Orchard Area and Shopping ctr

This place is cool for my family to go around orchard area in singapore. Quite near to Orchard MRT, ION shopping mall. Going back to Airport with MaxCab for $50 enogh to cater family 4 Adults with 4 children.
Travel tip:
if you travel with family with stroller going to mrt station or ion mall, use the path to wheelock place instead of tangs, to avoid going to stairs obstacles (no escalator).

Great location and clean rooms

difficult to take a bath after check out, during my flight to back home, in the mid of night, we need it, but we aren't get it, the swimming pool bath room very small.

excellent location in the heart of orchard road
close to shopping malls, all within walking distance

we booked 3 deluxe rooms but upgraded to superior rooms,good but rooms are smaller. free minibars are not ready at time of check in but within a few minutes, the housekeeping arrived and refill all minibars in all rooms
Shopping Tip:
good to compare prices before decision to buy. sale prices are very good bargain

it started bad since the front desk girl was a bit rude. the rooms are clean, the other helper are very friendly, mainly the taxi handler and luggage handlers.

Good location but small room for the price

we stayed at athe club floor but room was small and has a very bad view of the apartment across. we requested for separate beds, of course they did not make any pre arrangement. the club was not very big and food was not good at all. drinks were limited and no free night caps like other hotel club lounge! for the price, it was not worth it!

We always stay in this hotel since the kids like it. The location are the best since it's only a walking distance to Orchard Rd. The staffs were very helpfull and the rooms are quite spacious.
