always had warm welcome at check-in, however, this time checked in late by an inexperience receiptionist. We checked in late after 12 am and requested late checkout. Usually in Singapore the standard at is 2pm late checkout. Last time I had 4pm. However, this time my request was denied for the first time for all my stay in Singapore.
The worst part is that we stayed on the 5th floor where the hall way was moist and damp with no AC. I woke up found that my pillow cover was black with mold spreading. That is really disgusting. I complianed on the way checkout and the same guy from last night at checkin just said "we are really sorry".
I will not stay at this hotel again. Bad service from this one male reception.

Lovely Hotel at a strategic location

The level of service here is worth a mention. Very courteous staffs.

from the moment you arrive this is a beautiful hotel the lobby is grand.service is five star all the way. great location shopping, food markets all at the door step. ten minutes in a taxi to singapore harbour, restaurants, sight seeing and many attractions. the only complaint is the free mini bar ! they give you two beers and two cans of coke, one juice, one packet of oreos and some milk for tea or coffee, come on i expected more than that !

Staff were friendly--remembered my name and this is a large hotel! Rooms were modern and well appointed. View of parking garage from my room. Pool area is dark and confining. Nice fitness area. Easy access to transportation.

Very convenient location and room was fantastic! Love the soft puffy pillows and the large shower room with the bath tub attached together. Also comes with a wonderful coffee machine for my suite room. Free wifi access was a superb bonus too! However buffet breakfast was quite poor quality. Food was not replenish enough and choices of food was very few. Not worth the value of the price paid.

warm welcome greeting by front desk team on arrival and managed well even without booking paper. with my tired faces, staff's even wish that the offer upgrade room with other compliment will rejuvenate myself. have fantastic stay

The hotel is centrally located at orchard and mrt, which is quite convenient. The staff need some improvement as they don't speak mandarin with the customer even they are Chinese.
