This hotel has one of the best comnplimentary breakfast we have ever tried at the Line restaurant. The hospitality here is exceptional. Lucky there is free shuttle bus to some destination, as hotel not very convenient to shops and public transport.

A relaxing oasis near the heart of Orchard Road
Tranquil, relaxing setting, modern well appointed rooms with spacious balcony setting

We stayed in the Garden Wing which is surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. Although we were only 5 minutes walk from the top of Orchard Road, it felt like we were nestled away from all the hustle and bustle.
Our room felt spacious and it was modern. The colour scheme and decor made the room feel like a relaxing oasis as opposed to a standard corporate hotel room. It felt very relaxing.
The staff were extremely professional, friendly and attentive.
We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of fresh food to choose from.
We will definitely be staying there again!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Garden Wing is definitely a good choice if you want to feel like you are in a tranquil and relaxing oasis.

Most Impressive Stay

I did a 2 night stay at the Shang-ri La for my bday and I had a great time. They upgraded us to the Valley Wing and sent me a cake and flowers when they found out it was my birthday. The rooms are impeccably maintained and service was gracious and impressive all around. Well worth the higher end rates!
