When we reached the hotel, one of the front desk staff approached us with a very warm welcome. If I still can remember his name is Jonathan Raj. He check us in and explained to us all the facilities and activities that we can enjoy during our stay here. He even personally escorted us all the way to the lift and make us feel so special. He is a service personal that having positive attitude and service oriented. "Thank you Jonathan, you made our stay a memorable one". We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Myself is also looking forward to return to this great place.

Generally the stay has been a pleasant one. The room is neat and clean.I managed to stay in the room that can see both the seaside view and Hillview. The scenery is beautiful. The staff was helpful and responsive. There is a wide selection for the breakfast, it is awesome.There is a kidzone whereby the parent can put the children temporary to play with other children and has sometime for themshelves to enjoy and relax

I love this hotel since it locates close to the sea and beautiful natural scene. The room is quite big and luxury. The service is also very good. However, they should inform us clearly about the free facility in advance. I rate it 4.5 star
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you should visit the universal, casino and the malaysia food street in the resort world hotel.

Arrived earlier than the prescribed check-in time and the friendly staff warmly welcomed us with a early check-in card so that we are able to start using the facilities. Room was finally ready in 30 minutes, 2 hours ahead of check-in time. Needless to say, room was great - got the high floor we requested along with a late check-out. The entire stay was very rejuvenating.

Awesome view cos i stayed in a panorma room.
Bed a bit damp perhaps due to the close proximity of the bathroom which has a wooden window which allows guest to open n have a chat with another person on the bed.
A hotel that is well suited to children. For example, parents could enrol their kids for activities organised by the hotel. Those under 5, baby minding services available at $10 per hour per child. That allows parents to have some personal time.

Beachfront Property
Quiet Relaxing away from the hustle of Singapore but close to attractions on Sentosa Island.

A rarity in Singapore this hotel actually has beachfront access to Siloso Beach on Sentosa. You pay for the privilege and it's not cheap. The Pool area is great and food and beverage options plentiful with many dining restaurants to choose from. You can get around Sentosa easily using the free shuttle bus services or by catching the monorail over to Singapore Island proper also free using the hotel tickets. Wi-fi was also free and very fast.
Travel tip:
If with family make sure to check out Universal Studios nearby. Great little Theme Park. The US$100 Million Transformers Ride is particularly amazing.
