Fantastic stay, staff welcoming , nothing was too much trouble for them, sandy beach, great location, rooms very well presented. Good location, lots to do on the island . Lovely pool and week policede. G quiet area for adults was kept like that with children being requested to stay out of.

Universal studios, easy access to rides as out of season

THis is a great hotel located in an isolated small mountain area. It is rare to live in such a close-to-nature environment. The receptionists are welcome, having good attitudes. The breakfast food is great! I also like the pool, beach walk, and ocean view.

The best hotel ive ever stayed in singapore. Perfect location with nice swimming pool, beach, and near to the popular singapore attraction such as sentosa park and universal studio. Shuttle bus are free and easy access to all attraction at sentosa.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Have more days to enjoy as you will love to stay more in this hotel

i had wonderful experience with my sister here. while you eating your breakfast, you could meet some wild animal which is not harmful such as peacock, monkeys,and birds..) I guess if you have little kids, you should have to visit this hotel.
This hotel seems child friendly and if i have child, i want to come back here.
Too bad that Shangri-la doesn't have shuttle to airport. second, we were waiting almost an hour for shuttle from Vivo city. The reason was there was no specific area and direction written. even vivo city information desk worker gave me wrong direction for that. mayb they changed the shuttle stop just recently.
you should call to the hotel where is the shuttle stop. Dont ask to the information center at Vivo City.
Travel tip:
walk to the siloso beach tram station then drop at imbiah station. then you can get into merlion tower and it connects to sentosa resort world. while you ride free tram and express, you will look around another resorts and beach.

We stayed here for only one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was terrific, such a great variety of food.
The only negative for the hotel was the bar at the hotel needed to have some music and atmosphere was lacking on a Saturday night.

The service at restaurant was not that great. However the room was very nice and the renovations were really nice. Also the swimming area and the toddlers room had lot to offer for the young children.

The staff greeted us with a smile from the time we stepped out of the cab. Excellent service, they were willing to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and the rooms our beautiful.

Situated inside Sentosa island, this makes visiting all the sites on the island convenient

Over all, I liked Sentosa. Staying at Rasa, it was easy to get around the island via Tram and buses. And shuttle to Vivo City was also very attractive although I didn't get chance to utilize it. Rasa is a perfect resort for family vacation. My child loved children pool. Just look out for monkeys!!

Great location if you want to get out of the city
Generous room size, great pool, excellent staff

hotel staff were very good, and had good facilities for guest amenity (we had a very late flight, had to check out by 2pm, so stayed in the pool area. they had showers, guest lounge, hairdryers etc all available for use).
there were lots of families in the pool area, so it was quite noisy with children splashing around... not the relaxing poolside experience.
rooms were big, modern and clean. very good beds.
