Centrally located but pricey hotel

At the price paid, disappointed that breakfast was not included. When will hotels of this class start to include free internet access in the room rate?? The rooms are comfortable, and well sound proofed even those looking out over Scotts Road.
Staff were friendly and helpful, but could do with a course in "know amienities in your area"

Pretty good value for money and decent size rooms

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I thought it was pretty decent and will definitely be back. I have stayed in many hotels in Singapore but this one would rate pretty high up there if you can ignore the fact that it seems to be a 4 * hotel and although centrally located its still kind of in the middle of no where along scotts road. Internet is not free though ... I think I will definitely be back to stay.

Overrated Hotel

I have stayed at Sheraton properties more than a few times. However, as the years go by, I find the brand somehow over-rated. Depending how you look at it, the Singapore's Sheraton Towers can be described as a "quiet and peaceful surrounding hotel" or a "very isolated, standalone hotel." The latter description is because this hotel is standing by itself without any malls or points of attractions within walking distance. And I don't understand, in the Agoda's website this hotel is described as "with free internet." This is somehow misleading as hotel guest still needs to pay for internet service in the room. I mean, in today's world, who the heck charges its guests for internet? Also, the so-called luxury room shown in the picture in Agoda is very different from the room given to me. The Sheraton Towers claimed it has just renovated is rooms. But the room still has a common bathtub and shower. Aren't today's design call for separate shower stall and bathtub? The bottom-line feeling is that I've been cheated.
