Trouble with access to free wifi at lobby only 1hrs.per day. Even with advertised on agoda website for free wifi but not say the detail! Not friendly user cannot connect internet by my self.

The room is very standard for the luxurious hotel's name and stars. Easy to get seafood restaurant just by walking but quiet far from shopping centre like takashimaya. Exactly the location is at end of orchard's street

Sheraton is a good place to stay but the price is too high compare to the services offered and compare to other hotel in same level. The food is not good, compare to other 5 stars hotels. They dont provide any free wifi for guest. There is, but you cannot access anything through the hotspot, unless you pay for another $ and more. The environment also not supportive for tourist to stay here because it's hard to find food near the hotel, but it may suitable for business trip.

The hotel is clean and fantastic but the room size is quite small with that price. The food also not satisfying us. Free wifi provided unaccessable. There's no tourist attraction nearby
