Nice Hotel but needs facilities improvement
Nice pool and falls, eco friendly, right across the beach, very near the tram stop and mono rail train station

It was a nice stay for 2 nights, the hotel facilities needs a facelift. The jacuzzi right beside the falls should be fixed, there were villas but seems to be not used anymore and maintained. Breakfast buffet should have more variety, there was no change on the food options on the second day. The bar across the street makes some music noise at night so choose your room. Overall, a very nice experience. We'll be back but we wanna try the top rooms with the jacuzzi, if there's a promotion because it's a bit expensive

Easy to find along Siloso Beach
The Eco driven theme and maintaining the hotel with minimal frills

With the Eco driven theme in mind, the hotel did achieved this in every way but the hotel is really run down and not as well maintained. The service crew is also not as warm and friendly though they never appear rude.
The aircon was noisy the whole night though it manage to cool down the room and make it comfortable. The pillows were too sluggish and can't hold the head at all.
Breakfast was a disappointment though this hotel was chosen because it includes breakfast. With the same price, one could choose Amara Sanctuary but it might not include breakfast therefore the breakfast should be improved to get better response.

Rooms as shown on the website not accurate . Service staff attitude was not plesant upon vheck in and to make matters worst they requested me to sign on a blank form stating that the can debit from my credit card, which is the first time I have encountered for staying in hotels.
Basic amenties like toothbrush, have to be requestes; which in my opinion is nonsense. Pillow provided is very bad its like its been through world war 3 . Breakfast was bad and theres not enough sitting, I have to get my own seat and clear the dirty plates on the table, in the end I went to coasters 4 mins walk from the resort.
Btw I took their roof terrace suits

i love this hotel, most for its swimming pool, partly for its location (quiet place, and you can walk to beach in few minutes. the surround environment is pretty good, like in a rain forest.

It seems more like backpackers hotel, very old, rooms are very small, but it seems everywhere in singapore. Nice thing that you can see some wild animals during the breakfast time, so children enjoy a lot.
