love the whole concept of the resort, tropical green and gives you the privacy eventhough it's smacked at the most crowded beach in sentosa island. that's the best thing! you still get to relax in within the resort premises but enjoy the beach-life atmosphere once you step out of it. their spring water pool with waterfall is to die for, love spending time there! room is a little tired, signs of wear and tear is clearly visible but clean. all rooms facing to the sea. siloso beach is just 3 steps across the hotel, with beach bars along the beach. breakfast is halal, (they can't get a cert because they still serve alcohol). overall, satisfied and will be coming back for sure!

Simply set up for room with nice swimming pool

Simply room set up nothing special to expect. But it has a very good swimming pool which is big enough to enjoy the swim. I think it is one of the largest pool I have pop by many hotels that I have stayed in. The good thing is the swimming pool is non-chlorinated which is great especially for a swimmer like myself. But maybe the staff need to be much more efficient in terms of handling the reception area coz' there are just too many crowds trying to check in, but during the event, the crowd over crowded the small reception area and they are only two attending to it.

The room is old and dirty. Smoke detect in the room is leaking. Overall is a good stay with nice environment and spring pool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't forget your swim wear! It's directly opposite wavvehouse which u can enjoy the manmade surf there. Cheerz!

Lovely hotel, booked a standard room which smelt damp and the bathroom was so tiny you could probably knock yourself out by hitting the sink when your getting off the toilet lol.. when showering you had to put towels down because the water goes everywhere.. on the second night they upgraded us to the deluxe room which was much better, more spacious and a bigger bathroom. if you want a good view of siloso beach, you would be better off booking the highest type of room. waterfall and pool/slide is nice and the staff are nice. the breakfast was not that great but the bagels and croissants were fresh.. eggs were undercooked. these small issues did not affect our stay though, as its close to everything.

good enough hotel to stay in without the frills

really apprehrensive before the stay because of poor reviews. turned out, not as bad. musty smell in the room at first but found out its from drain of bathroom. just had to flush out with running water and all is well. had stains in linings of bathroom doors, brought a maid with me, had it brushed but only an industrialized chemical cleaner can remove them. otherwise, clean sheets and towels. relaxing stay, enjoyed the pool, helpful staff and fresh good breakfast. amenities like toothbrush, slippers available upon request. refreshing to see squirrels playing, birds around you while having breakfast al fresco.
although, there has to be quality control that can check cleanliness of the resort from time to time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont leave hotel windows open, monkeys can come in like in our room and humidity inreases making room walls damp.

Comfortable hotel near the seafront

We had a wonderful stay with amazing breakfast spread greeting us each morning. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Located right by the seafront with plenty of restaurants around. Rooms were clean and basic amenities were provided. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

If u like beach, u'll like this hotel ~
It located near the beach which makes u can fully enjoy the beaches n activities there ~

Surprisingly found that the staffs are quite helpful, unlike stated in previous review by others ( may b improvement in the service has been carried out ) ~ the room amenities are in medium satisfy zone ( some furniture is bit old). It has a beautiful swimming pool :)
Anyway, u must plan ur day well as it is bit far from universal studio, thus once u r out from hotel in the morning, u can only return to hotel after u finish all the journey at waterfront n imbiah station ~

nice hotel with good service

the resort was quite a distance from the sentosa tram (beach station), but that was also a plus point because you get more privacy. rooms are pretty ok, however as we were staying at the 2nd level, there was a pond along our corridor which seems poorly maintained. it would be better for the management to do something about the stagnant water.
generally we enjoyed some quiet time at the resort. would probably go back again, but maybe opt for a more expensive room so that we can get a room at the higher levels.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the receptions unlike other hotels, are at level 7 and 8. so to check-in, simply walk into the restaurant at the 1st level and ask the staff where the elevator is.
