Great location but small rooms
6
The pool looks nice but due to pack schedule, did not manage to enjoy it. The buffet breakfast has limited choices, staff were not prompt enough to clean the plates. The room is small, we are quite disappointed that there is no bath tub. The hotel is just opposite the sea and the tram service to the monorail station is very convenient. Overall, with the price we paid, it still worth it.

Great ECO resort at a real price
ECO consience, caring owners and staff
7.7
To stay at Siloso is a rewarding experience if you manage to meet the owners who devote their whole life to the hotel and its guests. Some of the rooms are a little tired but the rain forrest environment and their size more than make up for it. The cost is reasonable in an otherwise high priced district on Sentosa Island. Clear water to swim in on a natural beach as well as an 8 story water fall that splshes into an 80 m pool gives negative ions to pick up ones enegy. The hotel is getting a makeover and guest sare likely to get better rooms in the future. Some of the featur4es like the worm farm to digest kitchen waste that then feed an organic roof top garden add to the eco experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Below average hotel. Bring your own towels.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. As Singapore hotels go, this hotel for the price, was probably the worse I have stayed in while visiting Singapore.
The location is great. It is near to the beach and close to the monorial station.
But around this area, there are no reasonable eating/drinking nor entertainment. These can be overlooked during the day as there is adequate free transportation. But at nights, the place is terribly lonely and the hotel has nothing, not food, not entertainment.
Getting to the hotel was very painful. I arrived late and struggled to get a taxi to get on the island. One the island, we found no signs to the hotel.
The staff is not well trained nor fully understand the Sentosa environment. Everthing shuts down by 10 pm on the "playground of Asia." I asked about food. The desk lady said go up the street to the McDOnald's. She said it opens 24-hr/day. She offered no maps/directions. I walked about 15 minutes then finally found it, it was closed.
I returned to the hotel and went back to the desk. The guy who checked me in was there. He told me I could have ordered room service. Why did the lady not offer this option? Of course the food was really terrible (in Singapore?)
The room was less than average. The bathroom was most inadequate. You couldn't shower properly without flooding the room. And the walls? You could hear what was happening 2 rooms away.
They provided 2 towels that were like the ones you get at very cheap motels. Now we were at the beach, so by the end of the day, the towels were all used up and dirty.
On departure, the guy who checked me in was there. He asked about a taxi so I said yes. He called a their brand, a larger van. I complained but he said all the same. "Follow meter." Wrong. More expensive. Caling fee. Rude river.
Bad experience.
Nightlife Tip:
Nothing on the island except the Casino. You must get off the island. But watch for transportation costs, nightime fees, and drivers who will try to take you the long way home.

Hotel situated on the door step of silso beach approximately 5-10 mins walk from beach station. If your stay involves staying by beach is fine as it's a bit far out from RWS. The hotel room itself us pretty small and can do with new bed lining. On the plus side excellent pool and great location

Resort away from the city
Near beach and wave house
6.7
I booked this hotel for my bf birthday. They have a amazing tropical swimming pool. (please note this is a Eco friendly hotel/resort) the pool water are sea water. You will need to call house keeping for Tooth brush and tooth paste . If you are hungry at night you can call for their room services . Their food are tasty. Breakfast buffet is simple .. American and Chinese food.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are driving in to sentosa. Please remember to show the sentosa staff your hotel voucher in order to get free access to sentosa.

Good location but a bit dated in places
6.3
Rooms were clean and functional but not really 4*. Pool was very good but overall feel of hotel is quite tired in places and the breakfast was not particularly good. Great facilities close to hotel so overall good place but could be better hotel facilities.

Great Location
Location for Sentosa Island Theme Park
6
The hotel is location at the seafront and merge in nicely with the green environment. Room is clean and simple, ssuitable for those who wish to stay close to the Themepark. The surrounding area within walking distance from the hotel are a little dissappointing, most restaurants, pubs, facilities close too early even for weekend.
