Unexpected great time! Guest Rating: 3.7

Really a good quality resort set amongst rainforesty type area. There are tree features growing through the walkway, and lily pads outside the rooms which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and our room was cleaned promptly and well. All of singapore is expensive so although this place was a bit pricey compared to the rest of singapore it was average. We would definately stay again, if the australian economy ever picks up!

Awesome long pool with a huge waterfall and slides for kids. Beach front with easy access to the rest of sentosa + free access to the monorail. Buffet breakfast of very high quality! enjoyed it very much.

the carpet was stained near the door but eh?

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you check out the animal encounters and also the butterfly park if you love nature and animals!

The overall atmosphere is good. A nice tropical resort. I want come again and swim in the gorgeous pool.

The swimming pool was really fantastic. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort. Wonderful.

The beds were a little bit wet. The breakfast had not enough variety, the vegetables were especially bad.

• Hotel Feature Tip : We were surrounded by the tropical nature. And a Japanese staffer was quite helpful. We left very early in the morning and were provided boxed breakfast.

I stayed at Siloso Beach Resort early July'08. In terms of value for money I definitely give it the thumbs up as I stayed there with my wife and two kids. Staff were always courteous and friendly and helpful. The price included full buffet breakfast every day and it was so conveniently located to all the amenities and right across the road from the beach. Definitely would stay there again, even though the rooms were a little small but given I only was in the room to sleep, shower and shave, it was fine.

Proximity to all the activities in Sentosa. Across the road from the beach. Value for money.

Small rooms. Room smelled a little damp. Pillows were too soft and no support.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very close to the famous "Luge" attraction and "Songs of the sea". You are also close to the famous, "Cafe del Mar" if you want to experience a bit of Ibiza in Asia.

My stay at the Siloso Beach resort was very pleasant, service staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Responded also very quickly to requests such as bringing up a bucket of ice. The roof garden suite was perfect for a romantic getaway for couples though it may feels a little small for a suite initially, but the suite features a private stairway leading to an open air private roof top garden including bathtub with Jacuzzi. The roof top garden overlooks Cafe Del Mar and the sea, letting you soak in the Jacuzzi while enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and the tropics.

Rich greenery and "waterfall" and large swimming pool making the hotel feel very close to nature; a quiet, peaceful and romantic place to relax. Proximity to Cafe Del Mar and to the beach. Great view from the rooms.

The rooms have basic amenities, mini fridge is close to empty even for the roof garden suites. Room service menu have certainly lots to improve on.

Simply loved the roof top jacuzzi, and the swimming pool is just lovely : waterfall and a small slide for kids. Had a good time chilling out. Do request a room that has a good view of the sunset, I only managed to see a bit of it, but it was really pretty! The room looks kinda old for a hotel that is supposed to be new. overall a really nice experience.

Free of charge entry island, beside the beach. The smart falls, and pool inside the hotel!

For the price and quality, it is normal.

Siloso Beach Resort, Sentosa Guest Rating: 2.2

The location is excellent but the air-conditioner is really bad, they can't do anything about it and left us warm and sweating all night. The Taxi for airport was at 3 which they conviniently forgot and later at about 3 when we re-enquired about the same, thay ordered one which kept us waiting for about 40 minutes.

Air-conditioned is really bad inspite of several complaints they couldn't do anything and it was terribly hot in the room.

Not a bad choice. Guest Rating: 3.2

Hotel location is very convenient and close to most of attactions. Rooms are quite small and staff are good. I think prices were little bit more expensive for the type of room we have chosen. Bathrooms and toilets require refurbishment and are not spacious. Reception area is small and far from rooms. in general the hotel is not bad and only if rooms are cheaper next time I would stay again in this hotel.

• Shopping Tip : The Vivo shopping city was very nice and we liked it. Night shows and restuarants at the beach were wonderful. We enjoyed dinner and watching the Song of Seas show. Staying at Sentosa was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would think of going back if there is opportunity.

Overall, the hotel is nice and beautiful. One good thing was that my friend was served Panadol.
